So, I'm wondering about this product Thrive. I was looking at some side effects and one is aggression. I might have to take a plunge down the rabbit hole. I have some questions on how this product would affect a personality disordered person. Sigh... I hope I find my way out.

Exactly what haunts me! If strabgleation was cause the girls may have been asleep I pray. I worried about escalation and obviously mother would have to be murdered first otherwise she would have stopped him. It makes me so sick

You don't stay asleep when someone's hands are choking the life out of you.

This was a horrible, brutal way to die for those babies and I want to hurt this guy. Badly.

The fact it was her last FB post also is curious. Some in LG don't believe in coincidence. I do think it can happen but this is one of those 1 and a million that it would happen on that particular day and it being her last post. This could have been premeditated on his part and the initial plan was to set her up. Her plan was late that threw his plan off then Nicole messed it up for him later by cutting into his "staging" time within the home itself. No doubt he intended to be the one to call her in missing later that evening when she didn't "come home" with the girls

According to some of the posts I read before it was taken down, it wasn’t actually her last post...it was just her last public post. No telling why that post was public...but evidently a couple more things were posted to friends only after that photo. At least according to some of the friends who were posting in that thread before it was removed.

Why do you think his lawyer wants DNA samples?

During the hearing yesterday, the defense filed a motion to ensure trace and touch DNA were collected or preserved and the words ”exculpatory evidence” were used in conjunction. I don’t know what this defense attorney thinks he might be able to cook up.

As stated in an earlier post, I know they’re supposed to provide the best defense under the law, but I hate when they start making stuff up and pointing at fictitious bogeymen just to win a case. I guess we’ll find out sooner or later.

How quickly or slowly does CO usually get murder trials in the court? I have a feeling this will drag on for years.

Seriously. The teachers of two little boys in separate cases out here in CA who were tortured to death with long-standing abuse, they kept calling, reporting, taking photos, making logs and notes. No one did a damn thing.

Oh, I remember both of those. Absolute and unending hell on earth for each of those pure sweet little boys. Whoever was in authority in these cases should be in prison right now. And others should have been fired. Absolutely the worst. It took death to take the pain away from those little boys. Cases like these will never be forgotten for many of us here because they are so very, very horrible.

CW believed they weren't his bio kids? The baby was another man's?.... as a defense. Not suggesting I'd believe it, but look at all the nonsense Jose Baez threw out there in the CA trial and it worked.

Still thinking about this one! I just can’t help but feel something must have had to happen to trigger all this. I know appearances can be deceiving but from all interviews and random family videos I have seen, CW really seemed to be a doting father who loved those little girls.

In regards to SW possibly leaving CW...it’s definitely possible, but after arriving home at 1am from a trip just doesn’t seem like the time you’d announce you’re leaving someone.

A new article reported they were planning on having a gender reveal party tomorrow. I just don’t see SW announcing she was leaving less than a week before the party.

So what happened? Did he just flip? Mental illness? Mental breakdown?

I really don’t see this as something he had planned for awhile. Surely he would have a better plan if that were the case?!

I’m wondering if he didn’t kill Shanann first? Could have one of the girls caught him in the act and then he felt he had to kill them because they were witness to what happened?

There is just something that is missing for me to piece it all together. I know sometimes there is no logical explanation, but why that exact day? Why all 3? Why just hours before he had to be at work?

Does anyone know what time her flight was originally supposed to get in?

He mentioned in his pre-arrest video her flight was supposed to be in around 11p but was delayed due to weather. he then later said she got home at "1:48am".

I believe he waited up. Got angry she was late from ANOTHER trip. IMHO: in the heat of their "emotional discussion" she mentions leaving.

He flips and decides everyone dies.

Maybe it’s me but I don’t think it’s clear whether the girls were strangled, SW was strangled or that all 3 were strangled. Poor writing in this paragraph. Look at how they say “ the hands & nails of mother as well” and in the last sentence say “the hands of the children as well”

In my opinion the presence of oil will not destroy the DNA. The hands and nails of the mother should be sampled as well. After samples are taken the nails should be cut preserved. I have a lot experience taking samples from dead bodies getting good results after strangulation. The hands of the children should be sampled as well.

I don’t. The oil was a great hiding place. Nobody would have ever found them if he had not confessed.

I think the kids were hidden first. I’m not sure why he didn’t put his wife in the oil too, other than maybe the oil thingies weren’t watched closely on the weekends and were easier to access, but then on Monday he had less access to them and had to figure out a Plan B real quick.

But the kids were alive early Sunday evening and attended a birthday party. So depending on when Shanann was originally supposed to get home he would have had to go home, strangle kids, drive 40mins to place of employment, get rid of kids, drive 40min home to be there when Shanann got home. We know her flight was delayed, but not what time she was supposed to be home.

If he strangled the girls before she got home, I think the bodies were all taken and dumped at once. Do we know how he transported the bodies? Neighbors say he backed his truck in but did he have a suitcase, storage container, or what?

I think he killed the girls to hurt SW....to show her. It’s all about him and he wanted her to feel the pain he feels. He blames SW for how he feels. It doesn’t matter if she actually did anything to hurt him, but he thinks his pain is caused by her so he hurt her in the worst way possible. He let her feel the pain of her daughters dying at his hands and probably told her it was her fault and then he killed her too.

Skin cells under their fingernails. They would have scratched whoever strangled them I guess.

I think he may just be planning to baffle the jury with bull<<<<. Sometimes that's all they've got.
They're bound by the Constitution to see that their client gets a fair trial. "Fair" does not mean b.s. their way through the trial. We'll see. Grrrrrr.

You mean something like Ethan Couch of the "Affluenza" case in Texas? Similar to that? SMH. Scary.
Apparently Couch had never had to own up to much of anything before the horrible accident (4 killed, 2 seriously injured) occurred. He had not learned or been taught responsibility. I do not think it is an excuse for behavior, but I do think I understand it. If not rehabilitated (that's really not the right word, but it's the best I've got), they would make horrible citizens, spouses or parents. A scary scenario.

Very much like that, except the parents of these boys were middle class and were not wealthy.

IMO the girls had to be dead already and put into the tanks before she got home, this why they were not all found together. The only way I see this being any different is if he ran out of time or couldn't lift her up that ladder to the tank. Still that is unlikely because he would have had to kill three people in a matter of a few hours, transfer them into the truck by 5:15, dispose of all three and be to work on time. Not sure what time his job started but no matter what time HE was supposed to be there, surely there would be other people on site that could witness him disposing the bodies.

If you consider the girls being killed first, SW was absolutely premeditated. I can't imagine what could have happened for him to just snap and kill his girls. In my mind that had to be part of the bigger plan of getting rid of them all.

We have heard that he confessed to someone about something. I can't see him getting away with saying he just hid the bodies. How could that be. If she killed the children who killed her? If she killed herself in her home why didn't he just call police. Why on EARTH would he attempt to hide the bodies for a murder/suicide. Doesn't make a lick of sense. So he is digging himself a bigger grave if he is attempting to pin it on her.

Why did he do it? I don't think he will ever tell why he did it. We will be left to speculate just like in Peterson and draw our own conclusions.

I think in the video above he says the flight was supposed to come in at 11 something. The next day was a school day wasn't it? The party would have ended earlier in the evening I would assume.
