Judge says #BarryMorphew had enough time to get rid of #SuzanneMorphew body. He says investigators believe Barry was chasing Suzanne around the house on May 9th- judge agrees.

The judge says it is unlikely #SuzanneMorphew went on a bike ride the morning of May 10th. He says several of her items were not with her and some of her items were in the fire and it’s likely she would’ve taken those with her if she left. #BarryMorphew

Finally- judge says #SuzanneMorphew is a loving and devoted mother and says she will hold out in an unhappy marriage until her youngest is out. He says it makes little sense she would leave her children’s lives and cause deep pain.

Morning of May 10: several activities from #BarryMorphew truck with door opening and closing before 4 a.m. From 3:58-4:07 a.m. Truck moved toward the highway where #SuzanneMorphew was found. The judge is saying this evidence is relevant to the prosecution.

Please come clean and own up to what you did. Don't put your precious girls and the Morphews through a long, drawn-out trial. For once, think of someone besides yourself.

on the other hand, if it does get to trial, which imo it will because of who Barry is as a person , bittersweet but I want the world to know every detail possible that shows who he is. Who he really is.

The judge is talking about the reason why #BarryMorphew would be in that area where #SuzanneMorphew bike helmet was found. His reasoning antlers and seeing a bull elk. "Court can confirm that Morphew disposed of the helmet. He had no legitimate reason to be in that area."
