ETA: Last night, I was telling my bf about today's hearing, and I teared up saying to him, "The day is finally here!" I don't think I've ever been so attached to a case before, like I am with this one. I usually try to check my emotions at the door in true crime, but for some reason, this one means so much. I would assume a huge percentage of us here feel the same way. <3

What a bittersweet day. As someone who has followed this case from the beginning, there is an air of excitement that will we begin to learn the details of LE’s investigation, confirm suspicions we had and learn crazy new details.

But for the Moormans, this is probably one of the hardest days of their lives. And I hope that SM’s daughters can make it through these hearings and find truth and love.
