Did his truck have a built in/attached toolbox? Perhaps he couldn't just lift the toolbox out and leave it inside the hotel...
It would probably take two people to lift it. He may have just taken them out and loaded them onto the hotel cart. Maybe it has wheels. He could have brought it over to the truck and unloaded the tools onto it. Imo

Wouldn't he have left the cart in the room? MG saw the tools and said they were useless on the job, so we know they were left. Her account also clarifies our questions about JP saying they had no tools.

Allow me to play devils advocate on a few things...
1. Why does Barry hire these people who have drug habits or are felons? I work in the emergency department and have my fair share of patients that come in for work injuries or patients that come in for other reasons. When I'm obtaining information, I've noticed that a decent percentage of patients who work in construction or in those trades mention drug use in their social history or have drug abuse in their medical history. It definitely goes hand in hand -- please dont think I'm saying that every person who works construction is a drug addicted felon.. but definitely a decent percentage.
I assume a company or contractor is less likely to do drug testing or background checks and these people may be willing to work hard for the opportunity presented to them.

2. Why is her family broken because of this? I don't know the specifics of her family dynamics, ie.. married, children, ect. I'm wondering if her significant other didn't also already suspect an affair and this basically sealed the deal for him.

All of the above are just thoughts bouncing around in my brain.

After watching the interview and seeing Gentile's reaction to the question about what she has to say to people who say she and BM had an affair. I can honestly say I have no doubt in my mind that if they did not have a full blown affair then they must have had sexual contact at different points of their working relationship. The way she dropped her head and her tone changed seemed to show guilt and humiliation. IMO IMO IMO

I'm sure LE knows if he was really in town all day on Saturday. If he was, then who was in the house when Suzanne's text messages suddenly ceased? Did he go home for "lunch" and then go back out?
It sounds like something was already "off" with him Saturday am at the job site and then he dismissed MG at 11:00 am when she was supposed to work all day.

IMO something hit the fan at home and he had decided how he was going to respond to it and contain it and he was anxious to get started.

MOO

Where is BM tool box? No contractor would have all those tools just floating around. Where is his pick up tool box?
This ^^^. Is a great question. Why weren't his tools already in his toolbox, in his truck? Did he have a job box, that was usually left on job sites? Like a Knaack box? I bet Barry has every tool ever made. He's got to have a tool box.

Maybe he did. I wondered why JP didn't mention any tools being in the room, though. All he said was there was no equipment or tools at the jobsite. Maybe the cart was in Morgans room, or he just didn't mention it.

4. was my first thought, when the case erupted. Because of BM's behavior I swiveled to 2. or 3 meanwhile. NOT 5. in any case! MOO
I think he is too much of a control freak to hire someone to do it.
* I dont think it was premeditated but i think it happened 1 or 2 days before mother's day. It may have been a heated argument that ended badly. Must have been an issue that had been brewing for some time. The way he moved around, the scenarios he came up with like abduction and animal attack. The back and forth 150miles, the obsessing over certain projects. The silence and the trying to convince people that the police department mishandled evidence all sounds very scrambled and sounds like stressful onsite planning and story telling. Sounds like he was losing his mind trying to put things where they needed to be before the police crossed his path or before people started wondering about Suzanne's whereabouts. IMO

Morgan mentioned that the tools were left in some sort of hotel cart, if I recall. I imagine BM transferred them in the parking lot, and rolled the cart to his room.

I'd love to see an interview with a hotel worker next.

Have a feeling they might not be allowed to, but one can hope.

Could clear up time frame, what kind of s*** BM was dragging into the hotel, among other things.

She probably said her family was broken because there were people accusing her of being involved in a murder, harassing her and trying to find personal information about her. Once someone is rumored to be connected to a murder it might be hard to find a job. If she has kids it would be hard on them. They might be bullied in school.

I don't think there is any evidence of an affair, though. Neither one seems like the other's type. After all, Barry is anti-drug city, according to AM. He seems to look down on anyone involved in drugs. He probably sees it as a weakness.

IMO

I have a different take on MG based on the profile I have for BM. I'm not surprised that he would have a "go-to" female hand that he primarily depended on to do solo jobs with him (as previously planned for April) or to put together a crew for him at the last minute. I believe BM has had women taking care of him his entire life, and this would be no different -- especially as MG probably multi-tasks for BM as opposed to BM's other choice personnel - PJ or CC.

Reportedly, MG was also publically supportive of BM when SM was reported missing -- at least until she started communicating with CBI. I think she wanted BM to be innocent. That's got to be a terrifying experience to know somebody she probably spent hours on the road with is allegedly capable of murder. If his wife, why not her too?

In a post shared earlier, LS responded to a viewer question stating that MG respected BM and liked working on his projects. That coming from a female in the trades, I believe her. Salida is a very small town and any gossip about an inappropriate relationship after all this time could have easily been put to rest (especially if an issue between SM/BM) by terminating MG's employment. No job, no reason for contact.

Personally, I think SM was glad MG was on his crew because it probably made her life easier. IMO, I think the fact that MG is only 5 years older than SM/BM's daughter adds to her credibility. MOO

BBM

This stood out to me too. However, with the title of this segment/interview boldly stating MG is not the other woman, her reaction at that question made me think she may not be the other woman but she could very possibly know who is and is either close to the situation or very aware of it. IMO.

MG doesn't present like any meth user I've ever encountered. My experience with meth users is that they have scabby facial complexions. I guess meth makes your skin crawl or something and meth users scratch.

Here's a description of how meth users present, with some photos: How methamphetamine destroys your face and physical appearance

Honestly would not be surprised if BM heard about or saw MG smoking weed and equates that to being a meth head.

NEW: Sheriff John Spezze sent a press release at 9:47 p.m. Thursday night. This update comes after FOX21’s Lauren Scharf has asked multiple times about the upcoming search effort:

As part of this investigation numerous searches were conducted however Suzanne has yet to be located.

Andrew Moorman, brother of Suzanne Morphew, is organizing an independent search in the area of Suzanne’s disappearance. This effort will begin on September 24th and continue for the next several days. Andrew will be leading several hundred volunteer searchers from various towns and states in his effort to find his sister.

The Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation want to support this effort. Although our team is unable to coordinate and lead this effort due to liability issues we want to support this effort in several different ways. We certainly appreciate this huge undertaking and want to offer support to facilitate their efforts.

We will be staffing our command post with liaison personnel to assist Moorman search members. Our SAR units will be on hand to assist with Moorman search team accountability and other search team coordination issues. Our crime scene team will be available to document and collect any evidence if found. We will have both Chaffee County and CBI case Agents on hand in this endeavor as well.

As with any major undertaking it takes many different resources to complete a task and we once again appreciate the Moorman Search effort and its many volunteers.”
