Wait, weren't we supposed to hear something tonight that would blow Barry's timeline (Left at 5:00 am Sunday morning) out of the water?
I thought the same thing..... MG did mention that whatever work BM did on Sunday morning was about 30 minutes worth.... so if he left home at 5 am, drove for 3 hours, worked for 30 minutes and left at 5 pm - that leaves around 8.5 hours unaccounted for...... so maybe that's what was being referenced? But it certainly wasn't a focus of that clip...... JMO

I don't know - maybe she's worried about getting asked OTHER questions that have nothing to do with BM that could get her in trouble..... that was my first thought as I listened to her. I thought she was credible, didn't get the vibe that she had anything going on with BM, and is most likely a victim in this whole thing (but maybe one with a few things in the closet that she'd rather not LE know about). JMO.

I did as well. If they ask her about drug use, infidelity etc..

MG may have also been instrumental in providing additional evidence to help secure the search warrant of the build site.

I agree. IMO if she is innocent in all this and is cooperating with LE, I feel she is a big contributor of information since she stated she has worked with BM ‘everyday for a long time’ (paraphrasing).

The fact she handed over her phone is a big deal because as we all know and has been stated time and time again, the digital forensic evidence our phones provide LE is a plethora of pertinent information.

Why did CCSO utilize Buena Vista, Pueblo and other town resources? I don't totally understand jurisdiction but are there areas they feel worthy of searching or just disposable resources made available?
^^RSBM

The river dive team came from Pueblo County and the SAR dogs came from Buena Vista Correctional. These were some of the very first resources CCSO called upon.

Oh man, this is huge! Exactly what everyone was hoping for.
Except BM. :) Love it, just love it!!
Morgan mentioned that the tools were left in some sort of hotel cart, if I recall. I imagine BM transferred them in the parking lot, and rolled the cart to his room.
I think what the OP meant was, those tools weren’t just laying loose in the bed of BM’s truck. Where is the tote/tool box that they were in, in the truck?? We know from the KB case that a body fits quite nicely into one of those.

I'm picturing one of those big stainless steel ones, sometimes they're bolted down right behind the cab of the truck?

Yeah, but we already knew that no work had been done at the jobsite and he left home at 5:00 am and left the Denver area at 5:00 pm. So what was it that destroyed his alibi?

Morgan also said he left the job at 11:00 am on Saturday and said he was going home to bike or hike, but later found out that he was in town all day. So when did he go home? It doesn't sound like he was there at the time Suzanne stopped texting with her friend. She also never said how she knew he was in town. Did she hear it from someone else?

Do any “insiders” know if and when Lauren will be reporting or posting more of this interview series or was tonight it for now? Should we expect more bombshell interviews or information tomorrow or in the coming days?

I would like to formulate my own sleuthy timeline based on all the new information we now have, but if there is more to come in the next few days, I’d rather wait so I can compile and review my notes all at once. TIA.

OK, at this moment in time, what do you believe?

1. BM lost his cool and committed a terrible act that resulted in SM's death
2. BM premeditated and then killed SM all on his own
3. BM did it, but had a bunch of help covering up, creating alibis, etc
4. BM hired it done and kept his hands clean
5. BM is a grieving widower, and has no clue what happened to his precious wife.

I've been trying to decide between 1 and 2, but have added 3 to my list of real possibilities.

Thoughts?
4. was my first thought, when the case erupted. Because of BM's behavior I swiveled to 2. or 3 meanwhile. NOT 5. in any case! MOO

Trying to catch up on this fast thread. Here’s the link to LS’ YouTube with the MG video from tonight. Not sure if this has been added for our UK friends. “I’m not the other woman.”

According to PE, Chris stated LS was working on 4 or 5 segments, “Buckle up” were his words after making that statement last time AM was on their podcast. Get ready for more is my take!

Which would explain why BM would have to clean those tools (her body was on top of them in the toolbox).

Interesting.

There must be more. LS said it was a one and a half hour interview.

Why would a salary be confused with hush money? I mean, who would question giving someone a salary for work completed? This is like covering your butt, when no one would imagine you have a butt to cover.

Reminds me of Patrick Frazee and his buddy asking the bank manager to see the video footage of Patrick at the ATM and then telling her to forget they had ever been there.

MOO
