I read the copyright document as an attempt to copyright her rights to publish something that she did not want someone to then plagerize. Apparently, there is a Melanie Ann Billings who has written a book of poetry:

Even if it gets pulled... youtube still has it... and they work well with Law Enforcement.

I'm a teacher and have been to multiple presentations on how fights posted on youtube are valuable resources in court cases even if they've been removed.

I reported it to LE and youtube because youtube might get to it first and get through to authorities quicker!

The doc mentions a promissory note that was tendered to the court, so not a conventional mortgage apparently... maybe through Billings finance company...? Also, that trust looks to have been *awfully* busy...

so many threads that are tantalizing, but if the past is any experience, the more mundane facts are usually the truth, the more high-flying and esoteric the theory is, the less likely to have occurred... Occam's razor.

That video is very strange... my guess would be Junior's wife, posing as someone else, she is dark haired, dark eyed, fair-featured and bilingual. In any event, certainly LE will take an interest, it was right to report it.

I actually don't think there's any need - the one about '2 mistakes' merely draws (presumably non-existent) parallels between herself and Aafia Siddiqui (whose own case is well documented on Wikipedia), while the third video appears to be merely a tribute to someone, presumably a kid she's lost in some way - while they offer some insight into the poster's background/mentality, I don't think they break any rules and therefore won't be deleted in all likelihood.

I have searched and all I find is 2 domestics for Byrd when he was trying to get custody of his child and his ex. He fought her in court.

This is just a tragedy and reinforces my belief that evil does exist in this world. Like I had any doubt, right? I haven't been here following it but hitting little newsclips and finally got here and as usual, the sleuthing is awesome. The youtube video is just weird, freaking too weird. Why? Is all I can ask?? Freaking why??? Such good people.
