Schoenhorn addressing Court:

Defence concedes that JF is deceased
Induced or caused by FD either directly or indirectly
State has failed to prove malice of forethought in opinion of Defence
Presumptive testing - fails to provide any evidentiary value at all - Junk Science is back - Luminol and KM are not evidence of blood
State spent month 1 month Fd killed his wife but none of that evidence pointed to his client MT involvement or coverup afterwards

JS delineating the points of intention for murder in regards to FD that the State would have had to establish.

JS identifies other players -- KM, PG, etc. . JS says the State made no effort to establish that the defendant was in communication with any of them.

Schoenhorn brings PG back into the mix as people possibly involved in the crime.

So glad this human is protected by his agreement with the State.

I suppose what we are hearing from Schoenhorn as to his issues with the States case is what happens when you have no alternative theory of substance for your client.

JS says MT didn't know anything until 8:30 when FD was notified.

JS says there was only one bag of evidence, the rest was thrown in with trash....

Video shows it was FD throwing trash away.

JS restated that, the first MT knew there was a crime was 8:30 pm.

JS has reached a new low this morning imo.

Now he’s up for his part of the trial. His inflections in his orations have gotten even more intense…if possible.

Waiting for “Denied” from this judge for this motion of acquittal.

L&C is having another very 'active' day:

"The jury is smarter than Horn"
"I'm going to do vacuuming...till he's finished!!!"
"Troconis was 46, she was not a teenager naive princess in this situation who just believed her Fotis prince, for her Fotis was a good business, Troconis wanted Jennifers children too to be friends"
"Tampering runs in the family..jury tampering is a crime, nit just a naughty thing to do"
"I think the fact that they were together dumping the evidence, and were together "cleaning" earlier that day is evidence enough".
"Max of 70 years in prison if found guilty on all counts of conspiracy to commit murder, hindering prosecution, and tampering with evidence"
