When he saw FD leaving as he arrived, an employee was leaving behind him. Can't recall if it was PG or Andy.

Met her a couple of times. Friendly. Introduced herself and the children.

Would JFd have left her children? No.

Witness: Hilliard was instrumental in the success of Fore Group. Financed a lot.

Continued to sell houses for Fore Group after he refused to sign the no compete.

Was aware that MT was marketing for Fore. Had her own business selling rugs.

Had never met Hutch's wife, had met Hutch a few times.

Was not aware the other couple would be there. The other couple maybe didn't know they would be there either. Learned it from FD at he was arriving.

State asks did you discuss... murder, trash on Albany... the Tacoma....

Plan was to look at rugs, go out for sushi. FD changed the plan. Witness thought maybe he'd forgotten he'd invited us.

JS: before JFd had kids, would she ever disappear...?

Witness is describing her relationship with JFd. Intelligent. JFd used the word effusive....she was warm, welcoming, helped her during a difficult time.

Was involved with the Dulos family, Alpine skiing

Jennifer left. Says they got FD in the divorce.

Were introduced to MT at a sushi dinner.

MT was very engaging, worldly, friendly.

JS: Did FD ever talk about his divorce? He talked about his frustration with judicial matters. They weren't willing to engage in any negative dialog about Jennifer.
