IMO - That article may not be accurate. If CT LE is using AI (Artificial Intelligence) to identify vehicles and other data in that video a license plate is par for the course.

Today in that video on Fox61, LE was clearly explaining that they had a lot of capabilities when it comes to video surveillance and their ability to mine data from that video. We have to listen carefully, LE is not coming out and telling us clearly they have evidence but they are telling us what capabilities they have.

Add that to some of their earlier comments where they are mentioning specific marks on FD's Raptor - Pay attention.............AI tech can be trained to look for that data on that specific vehicle type.

She has no registered cars in Farmington. I bet she drove all the Fore Group cars when she moved in with FD. If she had a car they probably would get seized at the same time FD cars got seized. This may not be a popular opinion regarding MT. Paramour and such. My thought was even if MT knew about the crime before the fact she feared for her daughter. I remember those pictures in on the 31st when the house was being searched and they had a warrant and all the pictures showed FD close by MT but she offered her out her hand to the LE guy and my thought at the time was (what if she had a note in her hand?) She probably started freaking out that’s why she looked 10 years older than her real age and/or on drugs in their first mug shot. JMO. I noticed in all those early pics of them together their body language had guilty written all over them. FD with his crossed arms and MT hunched over with hands in pocket... LE knows this is a telltale sign of nervousness and guilt.

Besides the fact that NP's cards are probably posted all over the jail and bail/bond offices, I picture this thought process going through FD's mind: "The creepiest lowlife in the Northeast, Alex Jones, hired Pattis. I'm the second creepiest lowlife up here so this is a no-brainer." Done deal!

Video stills of the pickup matched characteristics of Fotis Dulos’ Ford Raptor, including a sticker on the rear window and a light-colored mark on the lower portion of the front bumper, police said. Also, the license plate on the truck appears to match the one on Dulos’ vehicle, court records say.

Sadly NP will make something up about how marks don’t mean anything if the license plate doesn’t match. A more recent article stated that le confirmed the plates cannot be read from the video footage. Hopefully it’s like what @bluberry said and it’s just another way of staying tight lipped before the murder charges come out!

The Arrest Warrant said “personally observed” imo that means tail which we know LE already had. Same vehicle.

This is such a good example of how much detail shows on the videos!

I bet they'll be able to identify specific moles on FD's face and for sure LE photographed every inch of him when he was arrested. You know these videos are why he cut his hair. I love it!

Edit: The other thing I like is when they can tell the exact height of someone in the videos based on measurements from the vehicle or whatever they're standing next to. I believe they have video of FD at his mailbox so it's going to be clear it's him and not the employee (Give me a break!).

I was reading tonight about the new Oxygen series, "A Lie to Die For" and it made me think more about FD and what secrets he holds about the financial funny business he's been engaged in with FORE.

I still think he killed Jennifer in a rage but am more and more sure that he had been planning to do her in for a long time. I bet, as some of you have said, we discover that she and her divorce attorney were about to out him in something that is prosecutable.

He was not only going to lose the high dollar lifestyle he's been living since they married but perhaps his very freedom.

Jennifer may have ultimately died to protect the lie, yet now the whole world is waiting to hear the details. Justice!

I think NP will try to keep the evidence found in those bags out of court? According to the Arrest Warrant, FD “provided” his iPhoneX which was confiscated by a Detective. It was his pings (as well as a SW for his phone downloads and a search warrant for MT phone record data) which led LE to Hartford and to their command center to view the CCTV video. No pings no video? No video no catching them dumping trashbags. Hence the bags are the fruit of a poisonous tree? Same for the videos? I asked this before but I don’t think any of our Verified Attorney’s have yet weighed in. Should we be worried about the way FDs phone was obtained as described in the Arrest Warrant and the evidence that was obtained as a result of that phone information being kept out of court? @gitana1 should we be worried? Thanks very much in advance!

He will try but I'm not too worried. The phone's contents were not searched or viewed until a warrant was obtained. There is a loophole in the warrant requirement when confiscating evidence and that's when destruction or loss of the evidence may be imminent.

Premeditated rage IMO. If JD wasn't the only person who knew about FD's business transgressions, how would killing her ensure that the truth wouldn't come out anyway?
