Participating in or just being there for a dismemberment would take the cake.I think the Frazee side piece is still bringing up the front.....all that driving!
Probate judges in Ct. can do things a 'little' differently. Ask me how I know. It's not unheard of for all debts and assets to be presented to probate court. There are a lot of forms related to probate and all financial matters related to the deceased have to be reported. Probate decides whether to release the estate, or freeze it pending points related to debt, or other irregularities in the Will.
I suppose the question here is whether probate court will take any action to recoup the debt, or strike it and release the estate.
Wait a minute. Is the estate still in probate 2 years later? That's not normal, not even for a large estate.
I'm not sure what the liens are on this Farmington home.Since they are legal tenants of the property, once the police are done with it, they will likely be given access to the home. They need to be evicted legally.
I would think MT's atty. is advising her to distance herself fromShe moved into the house in June 2017. Is there something in matrimonial law about creating legal bonds after living together for a certain amount of time?
As I mentioned earlier, in my area we've had several instancesNothing. Will try to screen shot it as the last media report I watched had the best picture of it as she was walking down the steps. I really wonder what the response time is if the bracelet is removed? I really believe she could send her daughter to the ex in Argentina and then attempt to flee herself.
Police search Farmington home of Jennifer Farber Dulos’ estranged husband as search for missing mother continues. Judge takes no action on custody of her five childrenA lead article in the Hartford Courant this morning says that LE went to the home in NC last evening because of a permit to pour cement that was reported to them.
I do not know how to link that article, so if someone can put it here, I would appreciate that.
Thank you for doing this. Some day I will get the hang of all this.Police search Farmington home of Jennifer Farber Dulos’ estranged husband as search for missing mother continues. Judge takes no action on custody of her five children
Police also have searched the mother’s property in nearby Pound Ridge, N.Y., and Fotis Dulos’ home at Jefferson Crossing in Farmington. Searches also have taken place in Farmington at a home his company built on Mountain Spring Road.
While those searches have been fairly public, there have been others done out of the public eye such as one at a home in Fairfield County where detectives were told Dulos’ company had recently received a permit to pour cement, sources said. Nothing was found.
Here's one instance of ankle bracelet being removed by perpAs I mentioned earlier, in my area we've had several instances
where the perp has removed the ankle bracelet and headed for the hills.
Here, the bracelets must be actively monitored by a human in
LE office, which is reported that they are not. There's been a great
deal of public outcry since perps were being held on serious
charges so what good are the ankle bracelets?
Some perps have cut off bracelet and one even admitted he
could slick up his skin w/ ointment and slide bracelet off.
I'll look for local articles, but around here the bracelets are
considered a joke for maintaining contact w/ perps.
Is the nanny that drove the children to their grandmother's, the same nanny that struck and killed Dulos 's mother?
