This is really really good news Imo. This came from LE! Also I would encourage anyone interested in CCTV cases to watch the ID Network show See No Evil it’s all about how CCTV is used to convict murderers. The amount of time it takes to go through all those videos is staggering. It takes a lot of hours many many hours. But the good news is they already have like 80 plus videos we know of! Wow!

Agreed. I watched a few episodes of See No Evil Monday night. It always amazes me how much CCTV footage is out there. The one I was watching they even went and got dashboard cam footage from a Green Taxi.

I wonder when the employee came forward or if they found him via video turned in and could tell it was not FD driving the Truck? This is reminding me a bit of Mollie Tibbetts. IMO

I wonder where the employee lives? Near the area the bags were placed in the trash. Maybe why Fotis picked that area? I guess the employee also borrower both of their phones!

Or at least I find it highly probable

Sounds like investigators have cleared the employee and he is most likely a victim himself of FD

On Tuesday during a bond hearing, Stamford/Norwalk State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo said that a mixture of blood found on a kitchen faucet contained both the blood of Fotis Dulos and his estranged wife. Colangelo said there was no reason for Fotis Dulos’ DNA to be inside the house because when he visited the children on May 22, witnesses told police that he never went inside the home and only stayed in the backyard. BBM for focus. The SA didn't say blood mixture but said dna of FD and blood of JD. Makes me crazy that news organizations play loose with the words of people b/c it makes it harder to come up with theories in the confusion.

That’s a stunning error.

Blood mixed with blood, would be the final nail in this guy’s coffin.

It appears that this is in fact “touch DNA” mixed with Jennifer’s blood. It’s very bad, but nowhere near as bad as what these guys are mistakenly reporting.

All they need is video of that employees truck leaving Farmington and arriving in New Canaan and headed back to Farmington. No amount of cloak and dagger is going to keep that vehicle off CCTV. This is just great news and also why it’s taking so long. LE not only had to account for the Ford Raptor on May 24th they also had to account for an entirely different truck/vehicle.

Lots of planning went into this but FD did not account for CCTV or a messy crime scene. All that careful planning all to be undone by cameras and cell phone data and DNA and crime scene disposal! It’s very clear to me that a ton of planning went into this! A ton!

I did record video from cell--had to do at an angle since my lighting here is over the top...so he looks a bit possessed lol. I have to head into a meeting, but will try the audio idea as well....and then maybe again the video with computer moved into a less lit up atmosphere. My guess would be further north from Hartford and further south from New Canaan. IDK maybe Greenwich (furthest south in state) and New London (north and east from Hartford) or Waterbury (west of Hartford). Just guesses and all are sizable cities with court facilities I believe.

Litchfield but my guess is that would be deemed a bit too close to Hartford (the area north of Litchfield is very sparsely populated). New London or New Haven might be viable options. Earlier I had said Greenwich but its not listed as having court house on your map as that region is the Stamford court where the hearing took place the other day.

We also know from Pattis own words that not all of FDs time is accounted for that day.

I am also willing to revise my thinking on the timeline as well. We simply do not know if the housekeeper entered the home and cleaned. She either entered and cleaned or she left when no one was home. If she left it’s entirely possible that FD was still there. It’s clear at least she never went into the garage MOO

Greenwich is still Fairfield County, and it's a very similar type of community. Like @Alkali13 said, I think it'd be likely to be moved to the northwest corner of the state.

Replying to myself, but the "quiet corner" (as it's known here) would be the farthest place in the state. It's the red district on that map.

Like the idea of the 'quiet corner' myself but not sure the esteemed Atty Pattis would want that jury pool.

Edited to add: Danbury could be interesting idea as its a largish area and has both urbanish and suburban pool. Could be deemed to be too close to NC though and I'm not sure yet exactly what Pattis wants in terms of jury pool. Fairfield would be most likely considered too close to New Canaan and is mainly suburban. Curious though whether Bridgeport residents would be called into Fairfield as this is a largeish urban city.

Curious point for discussion though. If you were Pattis would you want urban or suburban/rural pool?
