I did record video from cell--had to do at an angle since my lighting here is over the top...so he looks a bit possessed lol. I have to head into a meeting, but will try the audio idea as well....and then maybe again the video with computer moved into a less lit up atmosphere. Wow - and this unedited version, he actually says "Hi Mom"?!?
I forgot about that!

Are we getting some leaks now? This new info is rather stunning IMO. I'd love to know when the truck swapping started with the employee. Could figure in how long he was planning this.
Yup. If this was an unusual occurrence, then it’s all the more damning.

This investigation has been leaking. When you have multiple agencies working a high profile case, that sort of thing tends to happen.

This case is going to be so timeline centric. At least we have CCTV.

We know FD was driving the Ford 150 Raptor on the evening hours of May 24th and that it was that specific Raptor. Checking the mail and being caught on surveillance camera at 8:10 pm at the 4 Jefferson Crossing address along with the footage from 7:10 on inHartford during the trashbin dump of crime scene evidence.

We also know he is an avid runner and jogger with no physical ailments. Thanks for going on that run yesterday to show us, FD! So he could have easily driven the Black Chevy Tahoe to the spot where it was found and jogged back to either JDs address where his borrowed vehicle was awaiting him (likely parked in the garage) or another location.

Timeline and camera footage is so key. No wonder why they aren’t releasing stuff they don’t have to take or want to at this point! They have tons of video!

He also could have left the Tahoe and taken a jog through the woods to try and avoid CCTV, resulting in the poor guy getting poison ivy.

OMG, this makes me laugh....not sure why exactly, but seeing him in both pictures is just goofy.

The only information the police have asked for has to do with her black Chevy Tahoe. I’m guessing there isn’t a ton of camera footage between Waveny Park near where her car was found OR they wanted anyone who might have parked near where her car was dumped to let them know if they noticed anything. Like say a male jogger?

Correction: JD's car is a Chevy Suburban, not a Tahoe IIRC. Similar models, different car.

In this interview below, several things stood out to me, but when he says (verbatim here) this woman lived under a false name. Who is he referring to - JD or MT?? I'm guessing MT of course but if so, WHY would this have been and WHEN was this? And the other thing is (verbatim again) that FD says he was NOT at JD's house a couple days prior?

Lawyer for Fotis Dulos Speaks on Case
This interview that I linked above, I listened to this morning and it was like 11 minutes long. It was a sit-down interview that Norm did with NBC. Now when I click on that link, it does not show that video, it shows a new video and upon a Google search, I no where can find the original interview I linked about above. Anybody else have any ideas on this, how to find the original interview? It was very interesting IMO.

and they found blood in other parts of the house in addition to the garage (and the faucet we know from the hearing?)Sources: The black Ford Raptor owned by Fotis Dulos’ company was in New Canaan on day Jennifer Farber Dulos disappeared -- but he wasn’t driving it
snipped
A full search of the house by the State Police Western District Crime Squad revealed traces of blood in other areas of the house.

Where are they getting this information from? I do not recall seeing this in the warrant.

Pattis is beginning to control the narrative. I think the leaks are from inside the investigation to counteract that. Up til now the LEOs have not had to get info out so they were buttoned up. Pattis is stating things like polygraph pass and other stuff. Pattis got the SA to state about the dna in JD's home. These leaks are good for us but I am not sure how it helps the case.

I’m behind, and am sorry if asked, but wanted to know about a video that was posted early this morning.

I don’t remember what time it was that I saw it (woke up, saw it, went back to sleep!).

It was an approx 11-12 min video of a news reporter (nbc?) interviewing Attorney Pattis.

Anyway, I just went back to rewatch it and couldn’t find it (didn’t do a thorough search yet). Has it been removed/deleted, or should I keep looking?

Or maybe I dreamt it?
TIA

yes, we discussed it a while back. Another poster somehow had the original link up and was able to record it on her phone. She will later see if she can download it to an audio or visual file and link it here if authorized to do so. That was a fascinating interview and I don't believe it was meant to go live.

It wasn’t in the warrant, and appears to be coming from inside the investigation.

This reporter is well connected, so that doesn’t surprise me.

There’s actually a few headlines inside that one piece:

That MT claimed she didn’t know the items they were dumping were related to the crime.

The location of more blood evidence inside the home.

The story about the employee.
So, driving to Hartford and stopping at 30 trash receptacles with bloody bags is the norm? Nothing odd abt that? How abt when they find out wife is gone? She’s cool staying at the home with her daughter? Sorry, don’t buy that.

You can try wayback machine...problem is that if Pattis demanded that the earlier video be removed (my guess) then NBC scrubbed the earlier entry and removed the video (if the deletion happens fast enough then Wayback most likely didn't capture the original video).

Its always possible someone someplace got the earlier video and will put it up on youtube so don't give up. We have seen exactly this happen in other cases.

So, if you or anyone see a video or article that has good content be sure to screen shot or record it and place in the media thread (or save it on your computer for reference).

MOO - I think FDs camp is desperate to hold on to MTs loyalty because they know the evidence against her is probs a lot thinner than against him. Distancing herself from him will only benefit her in the long run. I also think LE is going to eventually prevail with so much more than they are letting on. This is a real close to the vest operation. They can take their time, be diligent and form their case. If FD was caught on CCTV dumping JD dna laden items - odds are that was not his only slip-up and LE knows it, Pattis knows it and FD knows it. My gut is telling me this is a crime of passion, not planned too far ahead and heat of the moment anger thing that got really messy really fast. More will be revealed JMO
Good point. AND who knows if FD wasn’t trying to get back with JD? We don’t know if she had a new male friend or he saw someone at the BBQ looking fondly at HIS WIFE and he snapped... Maybe he said he would kick MT out (and MT didn’t know) Summer was on it’s way. FD wanted them ALL to live together in the Summer, remember? Also getting back together would mean JD mother would relax on the $ issue.... we don’t know.... as I said before MANY LAYERS to this one... MANY

Ok here is my current theory

FD trades trucks with Fore employee

FD takes said employees truck to JD home, possibly parks it on the street or some where near by

Waits for JD to return and murders her in the garage

Loads her body into her vehicle and drives away down possibly a rural road (I haven't yet looked at possible exit routes)

Heads down many back roads with fewer chances of being seen and dumps or buries her out at some rural location.

Returns the victims vehicle to the parking lot at the park where it was later found

Calls MT to come pick him up and return him to where he parked the employees vehicle

He takes the vehicle runs errands and returns to his Farmington home where he then exchanges vehicles with the employee

He and MT either go back and clean the JD residence or FD had done so earlier and loaded the bags in the employees vehicle to later tranfer to his own raptor.

MT and FD then go on their journey in the raptor to dispose of evidence in various trash recepticles

Seems to have been scrubbed and replaced with a 2 min version. Someone will eventually post it so just have to hang tight.

I think the misstep the prosecution made was in trying to get his bail increased to $850,000 without having to charge him with murder. The Judge said no to that just like the Judge said no to Pattis’s request that the bond be lowered. Prosecution laid out the FD’s DNA mixed with her blood on her faucet to try and accomplish that.

Yes, if this was regular thing to swap vehicle, is it reasonable to think FD was doing that to spy on JD? Was this particular Friday an opportunity that opened up for him, or a planned, specific date for the murder?
