I did find Fore on 598 though as noted below and on the map.

I have only found the 2 on Deercliff and all the ones on JC, to have any connection to FD and/or Fore Group within this immediate area.

Great info...585 looks from your map like it has a long driveway and isn't visible from the street. But that drive looks so close to the next door neighbors at night it would be hard to figure out which was which I think.

Just because someone calls you, you don’t have to talk, just set the phone down and do what you need to do. The person in Greece can do the same. Then at a preset time, both hang up the phone. Who said the parties actually “talked”.

Judge denied restraining order for KM
Judge Robert Nastri also did not allow Mawhinney’s wife to discuss her interactions with Fotis Dulos. Nastri agreed with Mawhinney’s attorney, Jeremy Donnelly, that the conversations were hearsay.
After listening to her testimony, Nastri denied the woman’s request for a restraining order, ruling there was no immediate danger, since the incidents happened months ago.

He didn’t have to be home to get that call. How many of us still have a landline phone and don’t know how forward the calls to our cells?

Is Pattis suggesting that Mawhinney was, in fact, at 4 JX? If he isn’t, then why does it matter to anyone where he was, and when? And can he prove it, or are we supposed to take his word for it?

Fairfield CT police believe a man accused of murdering his ex-wife is barricaded inside a shipping container on his Bronson Road property and have blocked off part of the area while they attempt to contact him.
James Taylor is out on a $2 million bond and is supposed to be wearing a GPS monitoring device, but police received an alert just after 5:15 p.m. Tuesday that the device was not responding and that Taylor was not responding to court personnel, Fairfield police said.

I was just pondering the use of the words. I had remembered reading a story in a college English class about dumpster diving and in the story they jumped inside and hung out (yuk, yuk, yuk) as they searched. I also just saw the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" movie and there is a scene where the Manson devotees are dumpster diving.

The concept of Dumpster Diving?

A person 'Dives' head first into a pool of water as a definition of 'Diving'.

Then we use the old adage to 'Dive in Head First' when encouraging someone to tackle a project by giving it All they have.

So using those examples, we could determine that the 'Diving' part is going in 'head first' and/or 'giving it all you have' and therefore could also be construed as leaning over and reaching far down in and/or climbing all the way in, since that is also going in 'head first' and 'giving it all you have'.

Then, there are people that literally 'Dive in Head First' into the big dumpsters. If they do not have something to stand on, to which they could Climb into the dumpsters, they may literally have to go 'all the way in' by 'Diving in Head First' to reach something or look under something.

With trash being inside the dumpster, it would be easier for the 'Diver' to climb back Out than it was to 'Dive in Head First'.

One of our children has worked with a non profit that works with the homeless and she is therefore familiar with the ways that the homeless attempt to provide for themselves. Our child worked with local metropolitan restaurants and they now bag up leftover food from the kitchen each day and Give it to the homeless, so that the homeless do not have to dive into the dumpsters for then 'unsanitary' food.

Point being, there has been Dumpster Diving all over the world for Many years. They reach in, they turn over, and they climb into all sorts of trash disposal containers of all sizes and shapes and it is All called Dumpster Diving.

This is a great opinion piece. I posted very early on about how distracting, tiresome and non-productive all this opportunistic, derivative and plain lazy "reporting" has been to this case.

Those bloody pants could turn out to be very convincing corroborative evidence. IMO the pants were mentioned because LE already has them. I am sure that piece of evidence has FD shook.

With you on this. What has thrown me is we can no longer find that sad overgrown house. I looked today. Can't find it anywhere!

The house is so far off the road, it could not be seen from the road anyway, even before FD neglected the property.

Thanks to TheKirbyFamily, we now know that we cannot see a well defined driveway either.

Just go to the drive way and mailbox of 590 Deercliff Road and turn around to the other side of the road.

That is exactly where the driveway should be.

I was trying to determine if LE/media had said that term and if so, might it have been a tell for FD, basically saying we didn't just get the stuff in the cans, we got the dumpsters too...just a thought as I have felt thinly veiled messages have been released throughout this case exactly when LE wishes for them to be. Moo.

Maybe the Judge is thinking that since KM is an Attorney, that surely, an Attorney would not do the things KM is accused of since he would know what the consequences would be?
