BREAKING: Sources confirm Fotis Dulos has been arrested for the murder of his missing wife Jennifer Dulos. I’m told Michelle Troconis will also be charged with murder. And an an attorney will also be charged but I’m not sure of the charge yet.

How do they already know the bond amount? I would think the prosecutor would argue for no bond? Also, was NP already at the house for the arrest? Was there a heads-up this was going to happen?

When an arrest warrant is issued, the signing judge chooses the bond amount.

Good news! I’m wondering if some evidence results came in. Also, what could possibly be a charge for the attorney? Hubby (retired atty) says it’s possible but difficult to charge a lawyer as an accessory.

ETA: if the attorney was a friend and not acting as his lawyer, it would make sense. I assumed it was MTs attorney she went to see about the time of the disappearance.

Dulos is being brought to Troop G in Bridgeport for processing and his attorney's are hoping to get him before a judge in Norwalk on a bond hearing. His attorney's have been prepping for a bond of at least $5 million.

what is the name of FD friend, an attorney, who had to withdraw as FD attorney in the beginning?
