The LA interview information was telling IMO. Her focus on details at 69/71 Welles was impressive as was her intuition regarding JFd.

Particularly chilling IMO was Fd laser focus on the children and picking them up for the weekend. I do wonder if we will learn of plane tickets or 'travel plans' booked in advance for the group?

Stunning that Fd would drive to NY and then proceed to 'lie' about the fact that his children had been 'abducted'.

Yeah, right.... abducted by their grandmother! Sure glad that was nipped in the bud with all parties on alert and NCPD immediately confirmed FD could not see the children without the court-approved monitor present to supervise the visit. Agree - FD more likely to attempt geting the kids out of the country ASAP.

As tragic as this entire situation is, the deeper you read into the AW3 of Fd, LE is also KILLING ALL THE Atty. P. THEORIES TOO, ONE BY ONE....

I was simply ticking off all the crazy Pattisville theories one by one but the one that simply jumped out at me now was how Fd allegedly cashed 3 insurance checks (made out jointly to Fd and JFd) - see below quotes from AW3. Not sure who recalls the long diatribe in Criminal Court by Atty. P. regarding all the money which JFd allegedly took from the joint account etc. Fd no doubt eliminated anything present in the joint accounts IMO.

I do have to say that reading about the financial disclosure in AW3 that I am even more angry that JFd attorney Midler did nothing other than allude in his latest motion in Family Court about Fd dissipating marital assets. Based on AW3 it appears that Fd was busy with a financial ransacking of any/all assets and over a long period of time.

MOO
Oh, that crazy attorney by the name of Midler! What a [REDACTED] waste. JMO.

Details are creeping out about additional 'motive' issues - $2 million trust fund set up for the 5 children - IMO this explains why the children and picking them up in NC were so critical to the Fd plans. I do wonder if Fd planned to bring MT along with her daughter (not mentioned in her AW.....):

I think he zip tied her in the garage because the blitz attack which injured her and caused there to be blood didn’t make her unconscious. She was likely prone and bleeding on the garage floor: he restrained her with the zip ties because she was still struggling. I’d probably bet he then smothered her with the camping pillow at that point. It’s just so very sad. I think the zip ties are the reason for the kidnapping charge.
The worst part though is that he even thought he would need zip ties. This tells me he wanted her under his control and did not want to kill her in a single blow. He wanted her to know and be aware of what was going to happen. JMO.

That would sure lead to the kidnapping charge. I am not in the least surprised, especially since FD was so long at the scene. I have always thought it very likely there was verbal taunting and torture. Probably told her he was going to get the kids and how worthless she is. Maybe sexual assault. The shirt and bra being separate from the body has always been disturbing to me. Sorry I had to write that.
We have thought it was just in the garage.
Appears it was also in the house.
Purse in the house.
Unopened granola bar and tea at the ready.
Reports are confusing. Sounds as though she was attacked when she pulled into the garage.
Yet Nanny reports her finds, as above.
Will we ever know?

I’m banking on the DA to have all his ducks in a row . We’ve been waiting 8 long months for this day to come . I wouldn’t put it past ponytail to look for a way to create a mistrial . His client looks incredibly guilty at this point. He’ll prob ask for a change of venue as well . I know we all are up to our ears in the facts of this case but just how many people are clueless ? I wonder .

The worst part though is that he even thought he would need zip ties. This tells me he wanted her under his control and did not want to kill her in a single blow. He wanted her to know and be aware of what was going to happen. JMO.
This is very disturbing.

And why were her "cut clothing and undergarments"* separate in the trash?

*As worded in the AW

I'm a bit baffled by this statement from Atty. P. as I sadly missed the 'press conference'. Seems like this statement isn't quite as strong as 'bring it on'.... Does anyone have a link for the entire Atty. P. 'event'?

Best to listen - it's only 2 minutes. Don't trust the interpretation by media. It was basically bring it on and whining about MT getting better treatment than FD.

I'm so sorry to be so clueless but what is Niantic? Google did not help me unless it's about Pokemon! MOO.

General Information:
The York Correctional Institution is a high-security facility. It serves as the state's only institution for female offenders. It serves all superior courts in Connecticut and manages all pretrial and sentenced female offenders, whatever their security level.

The programming units at the facility have an extensive array of positive interventions for the population, including the 80-bed intensive, inpatient drug treatment unit, the Marilyn Baker House. An Hospice program trains inmate volunteers to provide end of life care to fellow offenders.

In June 2005, the Charlene Perkins Reentry Center was dedicated in honor of a past deputy warden. The 100-bed stand alone unit assists in preparing appropriate female offenders, who are within 18 months with skills they will need for community reentry. In February 2016, this unit became the 'Keys to Success' Community Reintegration Unit; a specifically designed program of support to and accountability by applicable female offenders cultivating their path toward successful community reintegration.

The Department's Correctional Enterprise of Connecticut manages a program based at this facility in which offenders are employed on projects including tailoring offender uniforms.

Girl Scouts Behind Bars, for the daughters of incarcerated women, reflects recent research that enhanced visitation may reduce the possibility of the mother returning to prison and/or the daughter becoming an offender.

The Mommy and Me program provides an enhanced family-focused visitation for mothers, children and their caregivers. In order to participate, mothers are required to be enrolled in or have completed a parenting program at York CI and their children must be on their approved visitor list. Additional information on the program can be accessed on Page 71 on the York compendium or by contacting the program coordinator at 860-451-3128.

Female offenders have spoken to many school and local organizations, as well as at-risk-youth. Community service crews have assisted at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, Camp Hazen, the New London Housing Authority, and OpSail 2000.

The facility is also home to the Second Chance Corral, a partnership with the Connecticut Department of Agriculture which provides restorative shelter for abused farm animals which are cared for by the inmate population.

The York Correctional Institution of the Connecticut Department of Correction has received international attention for the programs and management of its offender population.

Present staffing: 544.

History:
The Niantic Correctional Institution was founded in 1918 as the Connecticut State Farm and Reformatory for Women. In 1930 an addition added to the population capacity and the facility was renamed the Niantic Correctional Institution. With the transfer of women from the State Prison in Wethersfield, it became only correctional institution for women in Connecticut.

In 1988 dormitory style housing was built and added an additional 224 beds.

The York Correctional Institution was opened in October of 1994 and was named in honor of Janet S. York, who served as the Warden of the Niantic Correctional Institution from 1960-1975 and as a deputy commissioner for the agency from 1969-1977.

In 1996 the York Correctional Institution and the Niantic Correctional Institution were consolidated into one facility keeping the York Correctional Institution as its name. This facility is situated on 425 acres.

In 1997 an additional celled housing unit was built to add another 196 beds.

In 2008 the institution was named the Facility of the Year by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care for its excellence in health service delivery. The accompanying accreditation has been renewed as of June of 2011.

In June 2011, with the closing of the adjoining Gates Correctional Institution, an annex housing 225 men at the time was renamed the Niantic Annex and was transferred to the supervision of the Warden of York Correctional Institution. This was done to insure continued support of the surrounding communities with inmate work crews as well as facilitate the reintegration of offenders who are from south eastern Connecticut.

In January 2016, the Niantic Annex was closed due to a continued decline in Connecticut's prison population.

In February 2016, the Charlene Perkins Reentry Center building was dedicated as the new 'Keys to Success' Reintegration Center for female offenders.

I also think it’s pretty clear from FD AW3 that The GG theory was FDs idea and NP just following orders.
On 5/31 when FD and MT showed up at the lake and his friend was taking to him and said it was inappropriate for them to be there together and he asked FD where is JD and FD gives this long explanation of her medical bills she’s racking up and that’s when the friend says breaking news just came on his phone that bags were being found by police in Albany avenue and FD reads the story...locks eyes for a moment with MT and leaves while talking on the phone. Friend thought he was calling an attorney. Wonder which attorney he called on 5/31 at that time? Just curious? Will it be in KM’s AW????
