I hope LE searches as long as necessary at 4Jax. I don’t know what they will find but I do hope that whatever they find it will further the case for Jennifer.
I hope they will be able to collect any financial documents etc...as it seems he may have had those out or accessible when he was calling bondsman (or at the very least the one MM who was quoted by the Courant yesterday as having spoken to FD).

Oh, yes those elusive financial documents.

They sent FD to the prison that treated inmates with psychiatric issues.
I don't see how Norm couldn't have known FD wouldn't be able to handle going back to prison.
Someone should have leaked FD's mental evaluation to him.

Do we know for sure FD is on life support, as in no expectation for any recovery at all? Has his condition been downgraded to grave? Yesterday he was in critical condition, unstable but with reasonable recovery with major intervention.

Or maybe the two terms are used interchangeably.

I guess we can't know if he has deteriorated further to being brain dead or moribund, due to HIPAA.
No, we don't know much. We don't know if he's breathing on his own. We have no proof of anything yet. We have Norm saying it's "dire" -- which means nothing.

Police search Fotis Dulos home and a judge orders his re-arrest as he clings to life in a New York hospital after a suicide attempt

Jan 29, 2020

“His medical condition is dire,” Dulos lawyer Norm Pattis told Superior Court Judge Gary White in Stamford Wednesday afternoon. Pattis and Connecticut authorities agreed to allow Dulos to remain at the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx so close family members, scheduled to arrive from Greece Wednesday evening, can visit.

Dulos, 52, of Farmington, will be guarded by New York police but will remain subject to the jurisdiction of Connecticut authorities while hospitalized in New York.

Dulos’ rearrest was a legal technicality for his failure to appear at successive hearings on the amount of his bond - on Tuesday, when he tied to take his life, and Wednesday, when he remained hospitalized and incapacitated.
[..]

There were no indications Wednesday that prospects for a recovery were good.

“The situation is grim," Pattis told reporters outside the courthouse. “Mr. Dulos is hospitalized and we are hoping that he will recover. Family members will arrive in New York from Greece tonight. And we will await word from physicians about what is reasonable to expect.”

-If Dulos recovers sufficiently enough to return to a Connecticut courtroom, the state's attorney agreed to vacate the rearrest. The motion to revoke bond would be taken up then as well. @News12CT

-I asked Pattis who is responsible for making decisions regarding Dulos' medical care. He said they're still trying to figure that out. He would not comment on whether Dulos has a living will. @News12CT

-Dulos is NOT in police custody at the hospital. But there are NY officers there outside his room. Connecticut authorities still have jurisdiction though Dulos is hospitalized in New York. @News12CT

Who are the CT authorities who have jurisdiction if it isn't police? I don't get it.
