Got it! Sorry I’m new and not used to using IMO when I write. Don’t mind me guys. I think differently but will be sure to say IMO

Strangely, IMO and MOO make all the difference. MOO it allows you to state strong views and have people consider it. It is something I learned here on WS, and I was surprised how well it works.

MOO Since NP said FD would be on the stand at the trial, it can be reasonably assumed NP knew roughly what FD would have to say, meaning NP knows the story that FD has to say that he is innocent.

And jury is a selection of random individuals. If random individuals have made up their mind then how can any highly publicize trial would end fairly? Hold your horses! Wait for the evidence in the court room.

If random individuals have made up their minds they get a strike by counsel. They don’t get to be jurors. So really, jurors don’t get picked. They just don’t get struck out.
Grammar? Right? baseball guys get struck out?

I would think he could be paid for services already rendered but I don't know the legal answer. I'm also not sure if there is money in FD's coffers to pay him. I have never been certain that he was funneling money to Greece. I do think he was living off JD and her father though. He just wasn't ever able to make it work and grow like he hoped.
That’s exactly why I asked because he doesn’t have anything left and if I understood it correctly once bond is revoked you loose the money. That’s probably why he killed himself. IMO he Definetly channeled money or hid it. There’s no way he didn’t. That’s probably why JD filed for divorce on top of his cheating. I mean I’m not saying their marriage didn’t have problems but he didn’t know how to grow money because he didn’t come form money. She knew because she came from money.

Yep agreed. But now it seems like there won’t be any trial if he’s brain dead.

I am really interested in the forensic accounting aspect of this case. I wouldn't be surprised if he channeled money but I'm just not there yet.

FARMINGTON — A North Carolina woman who was at Fotis Dulos’ home shortly before and after his apparent suicide attempt has remained by his side at the hospital where [URL='https://www.stamfordadvocate.com/news/article/On-life-support-Fotis-Dulos-remains-critical-15013298.php']his condition is considered “dire,” a source close to him told Hearst Connecticut Media Wednesday night.[/URL]

Farmington police officers found Dulos inside a running car in his garage around noon Tuesday during a welfare check when he didn’t show up at an emergency bond hearing — where a judge could have revoked his bond and sent him back to jail.

Fotis Dulos had been on house arrest on $6 million bond for charges of murder, felony murder and kidnapping in the death and disappearance of his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos.

A source close to Fotis Dulos said the 52-year-old went into the garage Tuesday morning after Anna Curry, a North Carolina resident and former colleague of Dulos, left his Jefferson Crossing home to get groceries.

When Curry returned, police and medics were trying to save Dulos, who was initially considered dead before a weak pulse was detected after 30 minutes of CPR.

Curry, who helped post Dulos’ bond earlier this month, appears to be a former co-worker at the New York technical consulting firm, Capgemini. Dulos worked at the firm in the early 2000s. Curry’s LinkedIn profile page indicates she worked there at the same time.

Although Curry and Dulos have not been seen together for court appearances, sources said she has supported him for months.

Thank you folks!

IMO I have strong opinions but even I don’t think she would come on the stand at the trial. Did he really say that? Moo like from where thin air?

Fotis realized his gig was up. Only thing holding him together was NP. The morning he realized he could/would be going back to prison he couldn’t get ahold of NP. He realized/ came to the conclusion NP wasn’t 100% devoted to him. I believe that’s when he lost all hope and decided to end his life.

I doubt he wrote a note. If he did I believe it would not put the blame on MT or KM but I think it would say they had no involvement in what FD did. As much as a narcissist as FD is I truly believe there is a distinct split as in you are on his side or you aren’t. Being that MT and KM haven’t spilled what they know, they are still on FDs side, so I believe he would try to protect them. If he wrote a note and took all blame, and stated they had no involvement, what will that mean for MT and KM?

Again, I think FD lost all control that morning, and it all came crashing down in his mind, I don’t think he even had time to write a note. He was probably losing hope each day, but finally reached his breaking point.

As a medical professional I do not see a good outcome at all for FD. CPR first being administered at 12:05, ambulance is there by 12:15 but doesn’t leave until almost 12:40. I’m wondering why they sat in the driveway for 25 minutes. You can do CPR in the ambulance on the way to a hospital where they have doctors and specialists. I really don’t understand why there wasn’t urgency to get him flying out of the driveway initially. My only thought is they really thought he was dead , but then realized he had a weak pulse? Still baffles me.

MOO

So the car was running when first responders arrived. According to this article at least.

I have so many questions.

Is this why some sources said Rena was at the hospital yesterday? Another woman was there and they just assumed?

Is she allowed to stay by his side constantly since she isn't family?

Norm here,

Just polished off a bottle of red as its been a [REDACTED] bad week and its only Wed.

My gravy train client just tried to off himself and it looks like he isn't going to make it.

SO mad about this as I am almost finished with our guest house construction on the Cape and needed that extra dough and my bookstore needs a new roof.

I'm also worried his sister is going to ask for the retainer back too. Very problematic for me if this happens as I am sure you can understand.

Clients are so demanding. Fd just had to pick the 1 day I was not available to try to gas himself. Its all so selfish and I spoke about it in therapy this morning as Fotis just keeps thinking about himself and he never thinks about me. I am important and valuable too you know. But no. Fotis just keeps wanting more and more and more and I feel like I've given him everything I've got. He is almost like a human vampire and I also find him a bit scary.

I have to tell you the truth here. Farmington PD owned me a favor and my good buddy in evidence released the Fd Glock 19 into my care. I told him Fotis scared the [REDACTED] out of me and I needed some protection. He said I get it Norm, anything for you Norm.

I know I have some shortcomings. Well a lot actually. But I tried. But I can't help but think that Fotis tried to kill himself yesterday because he was mad at me for not being there to pick him up. He just seems like such a needy [REDACTED] sometimes and that is why I chose to not be there yesterday. I needed to show him who was boss and what does he do? He [REDACTED] stabs me in the back by trying to gas himself.

Do I regret anything about yesterday? NO way. I was off meeting a client and that client has the green and is tied into the network of others that have the green. That is what is important to me. Well, that and the first amendment. My first amendment rights but not yours though. Sorry about that but I get mad when people disagree with me and try to be independent thinkers. That is such [REDACTED]!

God, now I am so worked up I need a joint. Buddy who is a friend of mine from Hartford PD just dropped off some of the best stuff you could ever imagine. Primo. So annoyed I have to go outside and smoke.

Fotis is on his own and in the hands of GOD now. You know I know a lot about religion as its a passion of mine. GOD will take care of me and will also take care of Fotis.

Sorry, gotta pop off now as I have to write Dave Altimari's article for tomorrow. He's another one that just keeps pushing all my buttons and is so demanding, but he never really wants to write an article. So irritating. Good thing I am such a great writer and so miss my newspaper days but he sure is a lazy [REDACTED].

MOO!
Love you!!! @afitzy
