Conservator says Anna Curry came to the door Saturday. When asked if she would be able to move out Monday she said no. She said she would move out by Friday. We know the Dulos family has been staying there as a safe haven while they sort out Fotis’ final affairs.

Oops, sorry about the prior post, I ran into a technical issue.

This video seems to be saying that Michelle T and Kent M are going to be charged on whatever else they did, obstruction, rape, etc.
The implication was that the conspiracy portion would no longer be a factor. Which is what I thought originally although everyone disagreed and one person implied that I was defending them which is untrue, I don't have a horse in this race, I am just interested in the legal issues at stake, so please don't make this personal.

I have no answer for that, as a house that size is nothing but a flashy money pit and no one who has any money smarts would intentionally throw away money like that. Remember the Brady Bunch with 6 kids and a 3 bedroom house?

thats not how I read the AW:
' each of the (5) Dulos children has a trust fund. The total amount of these trusts was more than 2 million dollars. IMO if each trust was 2 million then the total would be 10 million.

The article I saw was 1/8/2020 in the HC. Unfortunately behind a paywall. They might be mis-reporting.

In the article, it says that FDs relative claim the house is there "safe haven" to mourn their loss. WTH is a safe haven? And what they really saying? That they plan to squat there forever? Before I say what I really think about them, I'd like to know what they are talking about.

The commentator in this video never said that conspiracy is no longer a factor. He merely gave an example of what the defense would likely argue. He actually said things are now worse for MT and KM. He never said conspiracy charges would be dropped. I listened twice to make sure.

I actually do have a horse in this race and don't mind admitting it. I want the full weight of justice bearing down on MT and KM.

I hesitate to go toe-to-toe with a lawyer, because my skills are sub-par...but I think if she threw away things that she left her DNA on, that she must have known what was in those bags. And I am mighty suspicious of her making the various trips here and there the morning of 5/24, and and making a digital note of it (selfie with the Stop and Shop robot? That thing is creepy and I have yet to see anyone take a photo of it, much less with it.). I’d bet that most of MT’s mornings are spent in bed, unless she was needed in the FORE Corp. office. She spent only a short time in the office; just long enough to take an 18 second phone call. Of course, none of what I’m saying is proof-but I bet LE has something interesting that they haven’t revealed.

Does that BMW belong to the estate, or does it belong to her? If it belongs to the estate, I’ll put good money on the possibility that she drives away Friday in it, along with the pink slip.

I have questions. Apologies, very late to this case. Have just read the three latests arrest warrants.

• Is there any information as to whether LE has retrieved any vehicle information for KM?
• Has KM provided an alibi for his whereabouts after he left 4JX?
• Is there any mention of the red truck coming back to either 4JX or 80MS?
• do you think it is likely that whoever killed Jennifer disposed of her body near her home/where the truck was abandoned, OR do you think that the driver of the red truck risked having a body and clean up materials in the back of the truck?
• the AW mentions that a bike can been seen in the bed of the truck, but no mention of trash bags.
• Is there likely more vehicle movements/CCTV near Jennifers home that is not contained in the AW(s) (I'm having a hard time that there is no more CCTV in that area and that Jennifer did not have a security system or CCTV on or near her property).

At the moment:

1. I do think that FD is responsbile for Jennifers disappearance;
2. I do not think that MT was aware of what was in the bags. I think the penny had dropped by her third interview;
3. I think KM knows way more than MT does;
4. I get the distinct impression that neither FD nor KM like/respect women;
5. I do not think that the murder was because FD wanted access to the childrens trust fund. The total of the trust funds combined is 2 million and hardly enough to solve FDs financial problems (see last point on page 30 of FD AW). I think he just wanted the divorce done with/Jennifer gone;
6. I do think this was planned and I think that KM helped FD plan it. I also think that KM assisted with disposal of the body.

ETA my final musing: - i think it will be very telling what happens next to the MT and KM cases. I would not be at all surprised if charges are dropped against MT. I do not think they will be dropped against KM.

The only true data point you mention (that I can find) to support Troconis not knowing what was in the bags is misogyny. And while I think there is heaps of evidence that Fotis and Mawhinney are (we’re, in Fotis’ case) misogynistic, I don’t see how that would be tied to Troconis’ ignorance about the contents of the bags.

I believe there is a lot of public info tying Mawhinney to crimes, but not so much info tying him to Jennifer’s murder.

I am struggling to follow the basis for your opinions about the relative involvement of the two.

(By the way, LE has been strategically coy, but not dishonest. I believe that Mawhinney is, like Troconis, up to his neck in doody, including doody for helping in the murder of Jennifer. My point is not that I disbelieve the charges, but given so little is known, how would you come to theorize things like Mawhinney helped plan/dispose? Do you know him? If so, please share your info with LE.)

Also, if she is completely innocent and only went for the ride, wouldn't she just be honest and not keep changing her story and acting indignant? If it was me, and I found out after the fact that my spouse/partner/boyfriend murdered someone and took me along to dispose the evidence I would tell them anything I knew and if I did not know I would just say so. I would not lie and say "we showered together, we had lunch". I would look him right in the eye and say, "you are on your own bucko!" And with her resources (parents) if she felt she was in danger she had the means to get out of the house and find a safe place. You do not have to have a good memory to tell the truth and you do not have to script your alibi!!

MOO. Conspiracy only needs a discussion in advance of the crime, followed by any gesture that furthers the crime or attempt of the crime.

Honestly, they probably are feeling scrutinized when out in the community. However being alone together in a mansion, reinforcing each other with NPs defense blather, they are probably nursing feelings of being victimized - hopefully out by the 2/7.


Anyway, waiting for the exonerating evidence that explains posessing JFs bloody clothes on 5/24/19.

Probably because she (and Fd’s family) wanted to stay there until the funeral (that Fd didn’t allow Jennifer to have). But don’t be surprised to see a moving van full of stuff, if any of these people actually do leave.

The BMW belongs to FD. It has been seen before and most recently zooming into 4jx when he was being resuscitated and prior to that at 80 ms when he was pictures picking up sticks. I am not 100% sure but I believe it was one of the vehicles returned from Greece. Moo
