IMO the suicide note cuts both ways. MT new atty is simply presenting one such POV.

The alternative POV is that the Fd death represents a 'consciousness of guilt' for his actions in the murder of JFd. Not surprisingly the new MT atty isn't talking about this and Atty. P. per usual denies this strongly. I might be inclined to give some though to the Atty. P. POV if I for a second believed his conscience were clean in his treatment of Fd, but I am unable to give him that benefit of consideration here given his very long and very public track record on this sad and tragic case.

Knowing what we know about Fd and his longstanding inability to tell the truth about much of anything, which POV makes the most sense to you to try and explain the suicide note? I very much believe that is you watch people long enough that they will tell you precisely who they are by virtue of their actions. Fd even with huge case files in multiple courts told the world precisely who and what he was with his actions. Whether you choose to believe the actions of Fd or the words of Atty. P. or even the words of Fd in his various interviews is a personal choice. Clearly the Greek Family didn't believe any of the actions of Fd and saw IMO what they wanted to see and believed the words of their brother.

My money will be on personal actions OVER words all day and any day but that is simply me! This plays out very definitely IMO for MT. Look at the actions of MT over the course of her relationship with Fd, look at the actions of MT while being served with 3 arrest warrant and look at the motions put forward now by the new atty for MT. IMO these actions and choices very clearly tell the world yet more info about who exactly MT is and isn't.

My mind is quite clear on this issue but you have to decide as will the jury in the MT case most likely. I just look at the reality of Fd suicide where with his last act in life he essentially picked the pocket of the the last 2 people that sought to help him. Specifically, he took almost 1/3 of the net worth of his new girlfriend Anna Curry and the IRA of his longstanding party buddy GV (who isn't a wealthy person by any stretch) and who knows how much money from Atty. P. PI. To the end Fd was thinking of nobody but Fd and for whatever reason when it seems that he might have been close to looking in the mirror at his actions, his choice was instead to gas himself. To me, this last act of Fd tells a very clear and compelling story.

Yeah. I think Fotis was parsing words in that note. Probably in some ultra literal way, and using irrelevant distinctions, that note could be spun as truthful to Fotis. I think when we learn the details, the note will read like a confession of Fotis, and an indictment of his coconspiritors and friends.

Yes, she did work with her sister at one time. And it would not surprise me in the least that the state of CT will be happy to allow her to return to the state of Florida so that she may became gainfully employed once again while awaiting her trial. @@

She can tell them what she knows about the disposition of Jennifer’s body, even if she cannot literally lead them to it. I’ve said it before, and I still believe that her body went to MIRA in pieces, where it was subsequently incinerated. But that doesn’t mean MT should say nothing, simply because there are no remains to be recovered. I’d be really teed off right now if I was Colangelo or whoever takes his place as prosecutor.

Here’s a novel thought, how about they simply lock people up in prison when they are arrested for involvement with a murder case? Then they wouldn’t have to worry about suicide, leaving the country, phony bonds, and bracelets.
People who chose to get involved in illegal activities should already know that it will mean jail time, loss of job, loss of family, loss of Starbucks, no more visits to the hair salon.

This entire issue with the 'trespasser' is just a sideshow issue IMO for 'Norm Barnum' or whatever the quotes were the other day to describe Atty. P!

I do admit to being curious about the audio recordings and do wonder when/if they will show up at trial for MT? I do hope that Atty Colangelo has secured the recordings such that they cannot be sold or commercialised or otherwise exploited by Atty. P. and Pattisville for personal gain.

Someone here was on point and posted the arrest information for the trespasser. IMO this person on WS did more than Atty. P. did on this issue as he did nothing but publicly threaten the trespasser in a very frightening way I thought (ditto for those FB folks who were doxxed in open court by Atty. P.).

I do hope that perhaps Lisa Backus of the Stamford Advocate could perhaps do some more of her brilliant FOIA work and get a copy of the arrest warrant for the 'trespasser/home invader' and publish it. What was odd though was Atty. P. said that the event happened around Christmas time and the recent arrest warrant date didn't match that story? Perhaps there are 2 home invaders?

PS. I keep reading the Stamford Advocate and Lisa Backus trying to find out what happened to the Fd Glock 19 that the FPD gave to someone. Lisa had originally reported that the 10 page report has been requested but its been crickets and IMO CT doesn't need one more unaccounted for very powerful possibly unregistered handgun!

@MollyDDD, My understanding is that Atty Weinstein said that additional cameras will be installed for 24/7 monitoring of the property! The MT crotch grab shot while water-skiing is truly one to preserve for posterity IMO on this case as well and I do wonder if its still floating around?

What is the disagreement about where MT's files from Attorney Bowman should go? New attorney wants them delivered directly to him....Attorney Bowman's preference is ????? Not familiar with this...MOO

I believe the records are to go back to the state and her new attorney has to ask for them. The reason is simple. If the records are handed from attorney to attorney there is no guarantee that all of the materials are there. If the state takes them back and redistributes, it is on the state to ensure that her new attorney has access to everything he is supposed. When a question of what was given comes up at trial or on appeal the issue lies with the state rather than the state saying we gave attorney x these documents with attorney y stating they don't have them.
