BBM, below, is something LE would like to ask MT about. Where were these bags dropped? And what was in them?

One video showed the bed of the truck contained several bags as it turned onto Milford Avenue, Kimball said. When the truck turned back onto Albany Avenue a few blocks away, the number of bags was down to two or three, Kimball said.

There is no video of what happened to the bulk of the bags — and they were never found, Kimball said.

Kimball said one of the bags that was recovered contained clothing that were Jennifer Dulos’ size, including an extra-small Vineyard Vines shirt and a bra. Both contained what appeared to be blood stains with her DNA, Kimball said. And both had been cut up the middle, much like medical personnel cut off the clothing of a wounded patient, Kimball described.

'The sad truth': Jennifer Dulos case could happen anywhere, investigator says

Excellent recap in the article and few things I hadn't read before....

"The police officers started to look around and found what appeared to be blood on the front of a vehicle inside the garage, Kimball said.

At first, police asked family and friends if Jennifer Dulos had recently struck a deer. When they were told she had not been involved in any accident, the missing persons report took a sudden turn.

“If (the officer) hadn’t seen that, we may not be sitting here today talking about this,” said Kimball, a member of the State Police Western District Major Crimes Unit. “She may have gone ‘missing’ and that would have been it.”

and reminders of that which most of us know well and a few hopeful comments:

"While Kimball said they have a new lead that could point them in the right direction, there are a few key gaps in the timeline investigators established for the day of the disappearance that may contain the missing link.

“We obviously haven’t found Jennifer yet so we don't know definitively what happened. We have points of data that we can place Fotis at and that we can place Jennifer at, and then we have gaps,” Kimball said.

“Obviously, Jennifer or Jennifer's body was taken and put elsewhere,” he said. “And we have, like I said, data points of Fotis Dulos’ activities on that day. Whether or not Jennifer’s with him during some or all of those data points, we don’t know. But we’re working toward that every day.”

Legally this action is probably expedient.

However, for the family, especially the children, how does one honor the legal death of a parent?

These young people have had their lives ripped apart as they've lost both parents in less than a year. The adults involved understand that the person responsible removed himself.

I must trust that the attorneys and judges involved have some compassion for the journey of grief, anger, and frustration facing the family. No legal fee is worth inflicting more pain into the hearts and minds of kids. IMO...MOO

If it is determined that JFD has died, will an administrator be appointed to her estate? If it is determined that she hasn't died, will a conservator be appointed for her estate (if not also her person)?

These are from AS's most recent appeal to the Appellate Court. He requests an oral argument. These excerpts basically ask the court to remove the GPS monitor because MT has waited too long....AS asks for special consideration for the special, entitled client.

The following are, IMO, the highlights of the requests without the inclusion of the case law.

..."If necessary, the defendant also asks the Court to suspend its rules or construe them in a liberal manner, for good cause, pursuant to PB §§ 60-1 and 60-3, and/or exercise its authority over the administration of justice under PB § 60-2, to grant relief. Chief State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo, counsel of record, opposes the modifications sought." (Suspend the rules to go against the Chief's State Attorney.....for good cause...the demure MT)

..."It certainly falls within the provisions of PB § 60-1 that requires liberal interpretation of the rules to advance justice. The defendant waited for a 6 hearing from March 7th when she filed her motion and argument on August 28th. She awaits a written decision while still subject to these same unlawful conditions." (Gee...some people have been waiting longer. Let's talk about KM.)

...Where the only interest is preventing flight, “bail must be set by a court at a sum designed to ensure that goal, and no more.” Id. (emphasis supplied) The conditions of electronic and GPS monitoring also violate the Sixth Amendment and Conn. Const. Article I, §§ 8 and 9, because a court officer keeps tabs on the defendant’s exact location and every movement at all times, through real-time monitoring. Indeed, the undersigned cannot engage in any investigative work with the defendant without a court officer knowing with exactitude our coordinates and length of time engaged in that activity. If anything interferes with the effective assistance of counsel, it is this condition. Although Judge Blawie’s ruling suggests that the probation officer does not share this information with anyone, to the undersigned’s knowledge, there is no statute or regulation that prohibits disclosure, and it might be subject to disclosure pursuant to court order in any event. (This leaves me SMH....what in the heck does AS need to do to investigate???? Looking for witnesses on Albany Avenue? Hoping the car wash employees change their video of the events at that location?)

...."Other than the seriousness of the allegations – for which the defendant submits she has presented incontrovertible proof that the state’s case is particularly weak – no other reasons have been presented, nor judicial findings made." (Well that proves it....MT and her attorney say she has proof she in innocent. If I remember correctly, so did FD.)

This is one reason MT attorney wanted the Judge to approve the visit to her daddy in Florida....to say ‘see MT did not runaway’, ‘she is a good girl’. That’s does not mean she will not do it once everyone’s guard is down even further.

Why cannot attorney and MT meet in his office or her house. What is it with all these trips they need to take?!

There are so many more people waiting for trial, with bracelet on....I don’t hear them whining. She is not special.

JMOO....for all the above.

Under “Brief History of the Case” he says:

“In the ruling, Judge Blawie removed certain nonfinancial conditions but ordered continued GPS monitoring with an ankle bracelet, and limited the defendant’s travel to Connecticut, unless she first obtained court approval. The court based its findings solely on the seriousness of the charges.”

No mention anywhere in the doc that Blawie gave MT approval to go to Fla shortly after the hearing and she did so (and hadn’t yet returned). Anyone else think this was a serious omission?

Yep!

I believe it was mentioned that Jennifer & her Dad are together -- but without their other family members!

I'm pretty sure you meant "Michele & her Dad".... but then again - Jennifer is with her Dad...

Nope.

Michelle Troconis IMHO does not deserve to visit her Dad.

She's charged with multiple felonies:

Jennifer Dulos Case: Read the Full Michelle Troconis Arrest Warrant

Not looking for a link, but when asked by the Court to turn in her passport -- she kept at least one. Indicative of flight risk.

Indeed, Jennifer & her Dad are together -- but not by Jennifer's choice.

Charged with felonies, statement-changing court-order-defying Miami-Heat home-wrecking Side-Piece outdoor Patagonia-Tango-Dancer flight risk Michelle Troconis is allowed to travel to another state during a pandemic.

Jennifer Dulos was denied that choice.

(just repeating the link in case some one has missed reading the arrest warrant for Michelle Troconis.)

Michelle Troconis has had enough favors!
