MT - 3/16/21 for #0148553T - the 3rd charge of tampering. Going to assume the other 2 cases will be on the same date.

KM - Murder - on 4/5
KM - Divorce assault - 3/4
KM - Violation of protective order 4/26

I would be Devastated to be brought down by a lowly school bus.

Especially a PUBLIC school bus, which was far too low-brow for Fotis’s children (remember, only the best that the Farber money could buy)

You are referring to the three hour video of KM talking to authorities. I think this is new information for us. I am puzzled as to why MT's lawyer would throw that out during the hearing to the public at this point while he is trying to portray her as a saintly innocent mother. But I am glad he did. Goes to knowledge and intent - or something like that . Sure does not fit the narrative he is trying to sell. And just imagine the tape is Three Hours long. This is good news. IMO

While signing my kid up for an adaptive ski lesson I was reminded( her face is on the application)that MT doesn’t have to have her GPS removed, she could have a custom molded boot made, use a 3 part boot or an adaptive ski boot.
She should know this. She volunteered here and Cerro Castor has an adaptive ski program.

Note that her screen shows the initials "MT" but the name at the bottom of that screen is Marisela Troconis (her mother and one of her sister's name).

Would someone please remind MT that her ankle monitor is NOT A HARDSHIP? It is not A PUNISHMENT. It is an OVERLY GENEROUS alternative to awaiting trial IN JAIL.

Her ankle bracelet which is so hampering her from the lifestyle to which she's grown accustomed SHOULD BE A CONSTANT REMINDER that she ISN'T SITTING IN JAIL like people who don't have bail money, and the thing separating her from the lifestyle she thinks she's entitled is her COMPLICITY IN THE MURDER OF ANOTHER MOTHER. It's not law enforcement, it's not the district attorney, it's not the judge who did that. SHE DID.

SHE MADE CHOICES. Bad choices. Tragic choices.

IMO the ONLY thing she's right about is that she should get to lose the monitor. But we disagree on what follows. Snowskiing in Colorado or waterskiing anywhere in the world, NO. IMO she deserves a bracelet-free, nice, long staycation in IN PRISON.

A very good point! But I am sure that convenience for skiing isn’t the only reason she wants it off. At the very least, she wants to be able to pretend that she isn’t under arrest for conspiracy to commit murder. While she’s wearing it, she, and everyone else, is reminded of the fact that she is. (And theoretically, it WOULD make skipping town a lot easier-even if there are other factors that would make it nearly impossible for her to).

Colangelo did say they had evidence that the two had been communicating after they were forbidden to do so, (but he didn’t detail the evidence). I don’t know if we’ll find out, unless they use it in court when she comes to trial. Not sure if it’s going to matter as much in her trial as it would have in his, but it could show that they’d been conspiring and were continuing to do so after they’d been arrested

Haha, exactly. She's being asked why she's not joining her daughter on the slopes. But I would imagine many people in Colorado know exactly why.

I know that a couple of Zoom events I attend, if someone is using their husbands’ or sisters’ computer - the computer’s owner’s name appears on the screen.

Names are changeable on Zoom and sometimes even Required to be changed.

For work, I am required to change it to my first name first and my last name second since everyone is called by their first name at work.

For Church, we are required to change it to the last name first and add the number of people watching the same screen of the service with us.

In addition, Zoom automatically lists us in alphabetical order by the first letter or first number if a phone number. Some people forget to change the Name and if they are using their phone, it will show the phone number in place of a name until they change it.

This will be a difficult one.

JUST IN: Michelle Troconis’ defense attorney has filed another motion to dismiss some of her charges. It focuses on her Sept arrest & requests a Franks hearing. Jon Schoenhorn filed a similar motion 2 wks ago asking for the same. This one has additional points/exhibits... I can’t upload all the exhibits bec it’s super long. He’s trying to send us video files but the format is not compatible.
