I wonder if the high chance of getting away with it also applies to co-conspiritors? It may be even higher.

The doctored plates trouble me-Which vehicle were they on? I’m asking because I wondered if Dulos was trying to frame PG; if he was doing that, then he would have left the plates on the Tacoma alone, so he could easily be identified (or at least his truck could be). Maybe they were on the Raptor when it went down to New Canaan with PG as the driver. FD wouldn’t want 2 vehicles associated with Fore Group identified by license plate readers or cameras in New Canaan at the same time, because that would mean 2 people from Fore Group were there when there should have been only one. So were they on the Raptor, or the Tacoma-or were they even for the day of Jennifer’s murder in the first place? Could they have been on fD’s Suburban on a day prior to the murder? Just trying to make sense of this issue.

The most important question:

Will we ever find out what happened to Jennifer when the court proceedings play out?

Is there a reason that someone hasn’t been ratted out yet?

My take on it is that KM and MT know exactly where she is and what happened to her, but it’s counterproductive for them to reveal the location unless a deal is offered. The revealer would implicate themselves, and they don’t know how the case will actually play out in court.

I think they are just waiting for the proceedings to play out and then the smarter one of the two is going to snap first by taking a deal when they see the odds are stacked against them. I think it is going to be KM that is going to take the deal.

Time to start the trial, it’s been long enough.

No doubt-MT is the one who thinks she’ll skate if nobody talks about it. This is why her team continues to want KM’s hearings to go first, so they know what he’s done. Unfortunately, KM is not reliably honest, so there’s that.

Well, MT believes her own lie that she was not involved somehow. IMO unfortunately, she will walk. KM may be the one to take a deal.

It is shocking that this case has not even gotten to the pre-trial phase (it'll be 4 years on June 1, 2023 since she was arrested). I find it hard to believe that she has been wearing an ankle bracelet that long, as well. Shameful criminal justice system in the State of Connecticut. Anyone hopeful that this time next week, the wheels of justice will finally take place (her scheduled court date)? Gee Whiz.

Not at all hopeful. And I am afraid that, ultimately, 4 years with an ankle monitor will be the only real punishment for what I think she did.

I wonder why the family isn’t being vocal about wanting quicker justice. I’d expect them to express some displeasure publicly at the very least to make the CT Justice System look like fools.

Yes, I agree. Many possible starting points, including the overpriced GAL handling reports unprofessionally.

On the other hand, I expect that each & every headline hurts Jennifer's children.

Maybe Grandma Farber's attorneys are more active than we know?

Because Gloria Farber and her lawyers are much more likely to work behind the scenes to put somebody in a vice, rather than making a public spectacle of herself and her grandchildren. Whatever qualifies as justice in Connecticut will be done, whether she publicly shames the court system in CT, or not. And don’t forget, all of this time has given the authorities more opportunity to lean on KM-and to find more evidence to convict both KM and MT. Now, I am not saying that they have found anything; just that time may be on the prosecution’s side-especially since the majority of the hold up has been because Jon Schoenhorn has requested the postponements. If he really thought that his client was going to go free, because of a lack of evidence, he would have pushed the court to speed it up, not slow it down.

I wonder if Schoenhorn is stalling for his client; if convicted he will argue that all the days spent with the bracelet should be considered as time served. Who wouldn't rather spend their criminal days at home?

I'm just worried for MT, worried that when this finally goes to trial that the poor dear is gonna trip on her rosary.

'Sif.

She can try to wear her religion on her fuzzy pink sleeve, but I ain't buying what she's selling.

There's more than gum on her hands.
