Exactly, completely dysfunctional. What was the purpose of walking into KM’s courtroom? He’s probably scratching his own head about the insanity of this gesture. Very telling how out of touch these folks are (I can’t imagine any defense attorney sanctioning this behavior). Wow, JS really has a doozy of a client and I’m sure it’s lining his pockets just fine. IMO.
MT’s mother, I believe, was trying to shame or intimidate KM (as if that is even remotely possible). I sort of see Mama A as a kind of bargain basement Kris Kardashian-at least in the sense that she thinks she is in charge of her “talented and beautiful girls”. All she really is, though, is a scam artist who is lucky she herself didn’t end up in prison.

Both cases have the same lead prosecutor, State’s Attorney Michelle Manning, and KM's attorney (Kestenband), said he thought Manning would be arguing his defense motion, so he went to that courtroom instead of Judge White's courtroom.

Knowing the arrogance of MT and her momma, I wonder if similar to Kestenband, they noticed Manning was not taking leave for Judge White's courtroom, and besides being curious if KM was going to take the stand against her sans his monitor, also thought to be public spectators at KM's hearing where momma might try for an opportunity to interject how the entire Troconis family are in the area (preparing for trial), and would feel endangered if KM was not being monitored.

MT probably thinks she has favor with Judge White because he ruled she did not need to be monitored.

Because all know that KW just has it out for the beautiful sister and daughter MT, and how KW is helping the prosecutor only because the State went easy on KW when he assaulted his former wife! [sarcasm]. MOO

Today's Juor Count: 5 men and 4 women = total of 9

Oh the irony -- while Kestenband was in the courtroom where jury selection was taking place, MT and her mother went to KM's courtroom to watch his Motions hearing!

This is what I am talking about.

STAMFORD — Attorneys are more than halfway through jury selection in the case of Michelle Troconis, who is facing charges in connection with the death and disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.

As of Wednesday, attorneys had chosen 10 jurors, five men and five women, according to Jon Schoenhorn, Troconis' attorney. Many of the chosen jurors had been aware of the case beforehand, Schoenhorn said.

The selection process will appoint six jurors and six alternates. Jury selection began on Oct. 4, and Schoenhorn expected the process to take a month.

The trial is scheduled to start Jan. 8 and could last through March 1.

[..]

During selection, the prosecution has used seven peremptory challenges and the defense has used six, meaning they excuse potential jurors without needing to provide a reason, Schoenhorn said. Each side gets 12 of these challenges.

2 month trial. Wow. They have the goods.

All the ugly's coming out, twitter can't save you now.

From your lips, to God’s ears. This must be why her family is going mad on social media, trying to make her look good, and make Jennifer look bad. Otherwise, they wouldn’t bother.
Sorry they never learned the rule the rest of us taught our gradeschoolers. You don't build yourself up by putting others down.

Says more about the builder. Every. Single. Time.

Grifters, shape shifters, they're really all quite the same.

Long on façade, and what they're hiding is much worse.

Hey, MT, in your personal history of forever, how many selfies have you taken, you and the grocery store mascot-autobot? Funny you happened to pick that day.

Sus much?

Let there be real prison time here.
