Wish this Judge could educate the Colorado Judge who oversaw the pretrial process in the Suzanne Morphew case about what is probative vs prejudicial in terms of statements made by the victim, and when such statements might be allowed to reveal the state of mind of the victim (terror, escalating fear, intent to take a step toward divorce) as well as of the defendant (malice, motive).
