Witness testifies that he learned about the Tacoma on Monday, registered to PG's wife.

Witness testifies that they created a white board of all employee and associated vehicles.

Were you aware the Tacoma was 20 years old and leaked oil? Yes.

Did you know whether FD dumped his construction trash illegally?

Did you ever investigate as a state trooper or see contractors do that? Witness: no

Fitzsimons testifies to go to Benjie2's Srafood Restaurant on Albany to download cctv, acting on intel that FD had been in the area. Witness was able to download video.

Looked specifically between 7 and 8 plus a 15-20 minute buffer on each side.

Did not review it at the time.

Viewed it, made a copy, entered the original into evidence. Reviewed the working copy.

Was aware of the Raptor and noticed a vehicle consistent with at 7:40 pm on the video.

JS objects to witness describing what he saw on the video. Sustained.

State will play the video.

Ha. Heading into Hartford to "stop at Starbucks" (per the alibi script that JS doesn't want referred to as an alibi script). And the Raptor makes a U-turn on Albany Ave to head the opposite direction (back in the direction toward Farmington).

Was contacted by supervisor to assist in the missing person case.

Can look manually. Have software that looks thru and identifies cars by color. Developed a program to help assist filtering the search between 7 and 8 pm.

Per AA: Surveillance at 80 MS Rd captured the Jeep (MT driving) pull in at 1:36 pm, followed by the black Chevy Suburban (FD driving).

Yes, it was Fore vehicle but was mostly driven by MT so far as I recall.

I was not aware of houseguests on 5/24. They had a dinner party the night before (5/23).

Perhaps you are thinking of when MT's mother visited the week following? (I think she arrived 5/30 or so...and was there when LE came with a warrant to search.)
