Individual opens garbage bin at curb, opens dark garbage bag. Pulls out white fabric item (light colored towel?), a small white plastic bag which he opens and looks inside - keeping bag and its contents, shakes out garbage bag and light-colored pillow comes out. He picks it up, pillow has large red stain/mark on one side. He drops it back into the bin.

They have great tech in that courtroom but it’s not being used effectively imo.

Attmore was given the assignment to look for the black truck on CCTC a C4 on May 30. Looking at 7:30.

Shown clip of FD putting the trash bag in a city garbage can. Notified Sgt to deploy team to retrieve trash from those cans ASAP.

It's painful to watch.

But also satisfying. The vehicle, the bags, FD, MT, the drop-off of the white envelope and the WeatherTech liner - all captured on video that is very clear. Like a police officer was just sitting there taking it all in and recording it for eternity.

Attmore identified locations from which he wanted trash/items collected. Garbage can, sewer.

Attmore never went to these physical locations. Watched them while at C4.

Attmore reviewed cctv on May 26th on Albany and Garden. Determined that trash was picked up on the 28th.

The man captured on video going through the trash bin where FD dropped a garbage bag (at Albany & Garden) did it at 6:51 am on 5/26. Trash was picked up by waste management company on 5/28.

Officer testifies that LE was able to determine the identity of that person captured on video on 5/26.

State asks witness if they were able to determine the identity of that individual. Yes.
