About those three skin cells.... maybe just three skin cells but they contain 100% of her DNA. Witness developed a profile which sinks your battleship, JS.

How come your client still won't say what FD was doing while she was (left) holding the bag?

That's pretty incriminating. As is alibi building... already, on the morning of 5/24 before JFd returned home.

The conspiracy IMO is exposed by the three-way pact to say nothing. Stick to the script. Break your phone. Fall on your head. Why lie? Unless they can't tell the truth without placing themselves in the middle of a planned murder...

Bring on the ME to discuss cause and manner of death and also explain teeth and jaw fragment, PG who the Troconis Crew are continuing to accuse, Toot the corrupt FD Greek friend with the faux alibi, the video, the cell and the electronic data and just let the mountain of evidence continue to grow to fill in the missing pieces of this murderous conspiracy to do away with JF.

What do you think the moving piece is that is going to prove conspiracy? If I were a completely objective juror right now, it would be yes on tampering and hindering, but no on conspiracy.

I think that the conspiracy part will be revealed soon as we still have a lot more evidence coming, witnesses, Home Depot, computers, etc.

The state is slowly building their case but I imagine they’re saving the best until the end to wrap up their case with a nice big bow.
