PG is so nervous...

Came to the US in 2000, married, two kids

Carpenter

Started with Dreambuilders, framing houses

Plus small side jobs, windows, doors, decks

From Poland, has visited several times

Met FD in 2004. Met his sister first. FORE Group. Rena. Dreambuilders did work for FORE.

Let Dreambuilders in 2008-09. Started working for himself, under his own name. No employees. Got work by word of mouth. FD would call him to do small jobs from time to time. Got his green card in 2016, started doing work for FORE Group, subcontractor.

Became an employee in 2016. But had been managing projects for FD in 2014, 2015.

PG had a desk in the 4 JC office.

Met LA, knew her as the babysitter and she did some punchlines, managing projects

JFd would call her. Change a light bulb. Build a swing set. Ride to the airport.

FD announced the separation at a team meeting.

JFd was still living at 4 JC. JFd asked PG to move some of her things to the lake home. Didn't tell FD. Told JFd he had to stop or he'd get fired.

JFd joked....

JS objected. State: it's a joke...

She said she'd have him build her house in Palm Springs.

He gave her a ride in her truck -- to get work done on her RR. While she was still living at 4 JC.

Double objections -- judge: sharpen the question

Did Mr. Dulos ever have a conversation about cameras at JFd's house? Yes. In the office. Contractor was also there.

What exactly was said --

Objection.

Withdrawn.

Asking about what FD said about the cameras.

JS is objecting to hearsay. Irrelevant to MT's case.

State says this is directly probative.

Judge: hearsay rule, to keep out statements by the declaration that are unreliable. There are exceptions. The residual exception to the hearsay -- court may admit it --

State proffers what the witness will say --

Objection

Judge says State is not offering it for hearsay.

Jury excused

Ooooooo, upon jury departure, THAT'S why Defense objected so strenuously. FD was scheming early. Fairly damning, IMO.

ETA: It does have to do with MT, because she was his intimate and privy to his horrid fantasies, likely.

Yes, that is what I saw. Looked like something big/bulky in bed of the truck. I was surprised they did not back it up/slow it down.
I reviewed the video at 25% speed. IMO, it appears to be a white motorbike in the back of the red pickup as it passes the house with surveillance cameras on Deercliff Rd.
