Detective says not to his knowledge and then Davies said but another qps could have said that to him and he said not to his knowledge

What if a non itching caterpillar really did fall on GBC at the cross country but it didn't cause any damage. Then when his injuries were being examined he remembered the caterpillar and just attributed his injuries to that.

Supposedly a witness saw the caterpillar incident and if so would have given a statement to police. Though Davis wouldn't need to cross examine that witness just so the public can hear about it, if their evidence is clear. Or maybe that witness just says I saw a caterpillar on GBC and he mentioned it. Nothing about it causing an injury.

Sounds like Davis is trying to present GBC as a better character than how he was portrayed in MSM i.e. not the horrible man that didn't search for his wife, but someone who was asked not to.

I guess Davis is going to need to find that pesky police officer who said that to GBC

did they take overseas trips?
did gbc have another secret life apart from his affairs?was he being blackmailed?
all the evidence points to him being very secretive, so what else was he hiding and did allison find out about it and threaten to expose him?
was he attracted to men as well and was this what the bruce overland email acc was set up for?
he seems so keen to prove his prowess with women to everyone!

Thank you so much to everyone who keeps us up to date from the courts and for court documents being available - don't they make interesting reading!

A couple of things have struck me and wonder about the opinion of others regarding my thoughts:

1. The Brookfield State School is only up the road from the Baden-Clay rental property, why would you drive the girls everyday, surely the older two were old enough to walk.

2. Allison's last call was to Olivia - Olivia is a mother with three young children and a husband in a job that would need a lot of support - how can she spend so much time in Brisbane? The way Olivia and GBC seem to be going on in court is as if they are children with a secret, and they are keeping it from the big world.

3. No woman attending a conference the next day would sleep on a couch overnight, not conducive to the best sleep and certainly not a way to keep your hair do in place.

4. The clothes being so big, I wonder if they belong to Elaine, bigger clothes would be much easier to put on a corpse then the correct size - love to know what Allison was wearing at the hairdressers

On point number 2. She's his sister and she thinks he's innocent. But , I keep going back to a news interview with channel 7. Before ABC was found. She asks for ABC to be returned like an object. No feeling there at all (IMO). I feel as they may share a secret.

100% agree! I'm going to try and find the reference to the witness/caterpillar tonight if I have time.
