I hope I am wrong but when I heard that Tatum was wanted for the murder of his wife I thought Relisha was lost. Tatum has already killed someone what is one more?

I won't start again on how I despise Relisha's mother and some of her maternal relatives because I just get enraged. And NO I don't give any of those adults a pass because they may have had horrible lives.

This tragedy happened because of adult parasites driven by sloth and greed.

Please if this thread has medical people on it can someone explain how a one year old can have headaches? How can a one year old articulate that she is having a headache or how does a 'grandma' or 'mom' interrupt that the infant is suffering from a headache? None of my kids had headaches until they were in high school. Then they started to eat junk, or skip meals and run ragged trying to cram for tests. I don't believe the headache story from these people. I think they made that up to lay the groundwork for why now Relisha missed so much school. I can BELIEVE Relisha started to have headaches if Tatum was assaulting her.

IMO that little girl didn't stand a chance as long as she remained with her 'family'.

It is possible for a young child to exhibit headaches. I worked in a Pediatric Sleep Disorders Center at a Children's hospital at a large univesity healthcare center. The patient population included a large "indigent" population of kids that would make their way in from many hours away due to the lack of medical care in their area. An overnight polysomnogram would often be part of a multi-disciplinary diagnostic evaluation to figure out the cause of their respective complaints.

In addition, pediatric specialists have specialty training in gathering data from young patients who present differently, based on their age; the family dynamic plays a huge role (hence my earlier post re: MbyP).

I need to gather my thoughts to explain the potential headache related issues, based on my experience in the field.

The point is, IF it is real, it CAN happen. More importantly, it IS covered by MedicAid, and other safety net programs, such as Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

The program specific to DC:

Children's Defense Fund (Medicaid and CHIP)

I wonder what time of day he spent those 2 hours in the park. If during the hours of darkness then......:scared:

anyone want to start a timeline? I am so afraid the GA alert is only for HIM and not for little Relisha :-( I hope I am wrong and they are just covering all the ground they need to

Press conference on Relisha Rudd will now be held at 2 p.m. by @DCPoliceDept.

Just lost a long update to the closed thread.

Got out to take pics and was near reporter as he gave live broadcast. He said that Tatum's phone was used in the area for extensive time and that Tatum grew up in the neighborhood. I asked afterwards if they new or suspected any new details about anything found. They seemed disinterested and said they hadn't followed the case much, just here today reporting on presser. Ugh.

Press packing up to go to presser at center inside park which I can't access.

I did get photos but can't post the zoom lens photos til I get home.

(snip)
Officials familiar with the investigation say Rudd's mother, grandmother and Tatum were all working together in an effort to fool teachers and administrators at Payne Elementary School into believing the 8-year-old was not coming to school because she was sick.

“He basically assured the school the child had been ill and gave some detailed information around that,” said Bebe Otero, the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services.

Administration officials not authorized to speak on the record said Rudd’s grandmother and mother gave Tatum's phone number to the school claiming he was the girl’s doctor.

:-( that dog in the fox video looked like he/she was alerting to me but I am not a dog handler/SAR

was it near the football area?

the dog seemed to go nuts around that area in the video

Is there anyway we can get one of our amazing Search and Rescue experts over here to chime in? Or are you already here?

:please:
