Is there any way of finding out whether any of the vehicles have been released back to the owner? Thanks in advance!
I have not seen anything regarding the return of the vehicles. I am not sure how LE releases vehicles after a search. Someone on this board might know how it works.

Another thing re: txting.
Why on that day were there no other duties specified in these messages and no other subjects period. Why, only this terse, coded, money thing? No "hey, so I got the tools we needed at Lowes and we are all set, boss. I'll be at the Dojo..."
With so much going on, Dojo grand opening, in addition to the regular busy CEO's day, I'd think boss and assistant messages might refer to more than ONE duty between Wed. nt. and Th. noon. And yet, at least THESE texts, entail nothing else, as if nothing else was going on in the world of the two people talking, nothing else they COULD
]Didn't Wint say something like "when you know what was going on in that house?" [/B]
Well, whatever was "going on"...the deceased weren't capable of "doing it." So what else could be happening that could possibly be helpful to DW. Unless he's implying that there were numerous intruders and different injuries were inflicted at different times for different reasons?
Crazy speculation here, but maybe there was one woman or two. Maybe they were trying on AS things...rummaging through her closets. I'm just picturing this group of people, bored, with no one on charge...and what they would do in that house all those long hours.
DW must think he has a story to tell anyway. Like he was just a bit player, eating pizza, while the rest of them ran wild.
Did DW make a statement? I haven't been following this very closely the past few days, may have missed something. Link please? TIA
The weirdest thing to me...is that either he had just had a conversation with SS around noon or he had just missed a call from SS at noon.
Next he hears that SS house is on fire. Why does he call the wife? I'd think the natural reaction would be to call SS...especially if he missed the call. In any event, he should want to make himself available to SS or find out what he could do. AS could be anywhere and frankly, a lot of employers would not want their employee telling their wife news like this.
Being a Facebook friend does not mean "friendship"...it could just mean someone "accepted" you out of kindness. His interaction would be mainly or maybe even exclusively with SS. Calling HIM seems like the more normal impulse.
This call to her seems very staged.
Did he know though that SS phone was already "disabled?"
I just assumed he called AS because the call about the fire came from AIW who would have called JW when they couldn't contact SS.
Is there confirmation that someone from AIW called JW? Or is that how he explained to LE about knowing about the fire? If someone did call him, since he was SS driver, wouldn't they be asking him if he knew where SS was? Surely he didn't keep tabs on what AS did all day? She had her own car.
He was SS driver. After either just speaking to SS or missing his call, not an hour before...I think it's weird that he didn't call him.
I also think that a new employee of six weeks time would not be the person to call the Bosses wife and leave a message that her house was on fire. What if PS had been in the house? I doubt SS would want that message left for HIS wife before he had a chance to call himself.
And since he just heard from SS an hour ago, and supposedly had no suspicions...he had no reason to assume that SS wasn't somewhere, safe, wanting to deliver this news himself.
Just my very strong feeling that it's weird and inappropriate.
The assistant, who did not return messages left on his cellphone Wednesday, tried to call Savvas Savopoulos about 1:40 p.m. but got no answer, the police documents show. Savvas Savopoulos had called the assistant at 11:54 a.m. the last incoming or outgoing call he made or answered before the fire.

I'm so curious about where HW was between 12 and 1:40pm. Do we know when he arrived on the scene of the fire?

One idea:
FD or LE contacts AIW to notify SS of house fire.
SS not at AIW.
AIW tries to contact SS, fails.
AIW tries to contact AS, fails.
AIW tries and succeeds to contact SS personal assistant/JW in hopes of finding either SS or AS.
JW then starts making his own calls to SS and AS. We don't know who or how often because we don't know anything at all.
Maybe he thinks AS is out and about running errands-out of signal. Maybe AS is out walking the dog, hence the offer of a ride home.
It's all conjecture at this point, lol.
Confirmation - no. I said I assumed that's what happened because he was SS personal assistant / driver and so would be more naturally be likely to know current location of SS. It is a reasonable assumption, that's all. Maybe AIW also tried getting hold of AS, but got no response.
We don't know what JW did or didn't explain about any fire knowledge. We don't even know that it wasn't LE who told JW when SS and AS weren't have been contacted.
I dunno. I just don't think it's suspicious or odd the way JW handled it. I know others think it's wrong. We know nuttin'!
All this could be.
One thing--LE said that JW stated that he found out about the fire from an employee at AIW.
