He's sounding more and more like a hired hit man and the $40,000 was his payment.

Are you saying that SS hired him?

I agree.
There was some crime related show I had seen about some division of LE in NYC that tracked down people in NY. It was amazing how they could find people in that large city.
One thing LE can look for is someone carrying either a backpack or satchel or something.
I doubt he put the money in the bank and I doubt he is letting one of his friends watch it for him so I bet he is carrying around the cash.
I sincerely believe he thought he could get his hands on a lot more than 40,000. I think it was about the money.I really don't think this was about money at all. he probably just wanted the 40,000 to get away.
this crime is about a sick twisted monster with no soul, imo
I'm saying he was hired by someone who knew the money was going to be delivered.

here's what i think..he's wetting his pants that real men are looking for him.,he couldn't make it in the marines, not tough enough. He bullies his father, and women. The only reason he was not flattened to the floor by ss is because he was torturing his child. That's all this coward can handle...women and kids and loving fathers.
He's sniveling in a corner somewhere, needs a diaper. They'll have him soon, and then we'll hear some sob story from the msm.

really? I don't see this looking like a hit at all. this guy is a sadistic killer......but he's an idiot.
what kind of hitman leaves dna on pizza crust?
ETA what kind of hitman orders pizza in the first place?
I do not think he will surrender.
He knows what's going to happen to him in prison, and he'll never get out. And I'm sure the GF loves him because "he's a good man" and she probably aided and abetted, knowingly or unknowingly.
If I were in his shoes, I'd be headed for my childhood friends. The ones who would do most anything for you and not ask questions until later, if ever. JMO
That was me... I actually never thought he had a real or main girlfriend. With over 500 FB friends, most of them were less than modest females... (to put it gently...)Someone else earlier in the thread surmised there might be a female involved. That's looking like a distinct possibility right now.
When LE themselves says there might have been multiple perps, you have to have something that places the knife in this particular perps hands as opposed to the evidence only showing he was present in the house. Felony Murder seems far easier to prove as you don't have to prove this guy ever touched a knife or intended for anyone to get killed, just that he was a participant in the kidnapping while these people got killed during the commission of that crime. Murder and Felony Murder carrying the same penalties, just it is what is required to prove them. If you charge someone with straight Murder you have to prove they personally killed the people they're charged with killing (which admitting to kidnapping but saying it was someone else who did the actual killing would be a defense to a straight Murder charge), while with Felony Murder you have to prove the requisite felony was committed by the one charged and that someone died as a result of it (a defense to that would be that kidnapping for instance didn't happen, which I see as far easier to prove that a kidnapping took place with him taking part in that).
There is a photo of him on facebook with a little dog. So apparently he is fond of dogs.As sadistic as he is, I'm surprised he didn't kill the dogs, too (but very glad that he didn't, since they will hopefully be a comfort to the daughters). And this is an unimportant detail, but I wonder if the dogs were in the yard when the lawn service people were there. They wouldn't have wanted to mow with dogs running around, so I wonder if they went to the door to see if someone could let the dogs in.
40k is a lot for a "self-employed' guy like him.
