Yeap that is true, there is also a lot of pressure on them to ban Hyrdrocodone and Oxycodone (Percocet) right now as it is being abused and becoming a major problem all over the country, known as hillbilly heroin. Once hooked on opiates it is hell to get off them, one of the hardest things a person will ever have to do if they get themselves physically dependent on these medications.

If he acted alone, which authorities believe, all he did was buy a ticket and get in, then go to the door and prop it open. Not really a huge plan, I think someone uses those doors every time I go to the theaters nowadays.

Yes but he planned an even worse thing at his apartment. He has it so booby trapped that the police are not even going to try to disarm it, they are simply going to detonate it. It is so sophisticated, that the FBI/ police have no idea how to disarm it.

I feel really bad for the people who live in the apartments around him, they are probably going to lose there belongings and place to live.

Listening to NG now, his apartment is all rigged with trip wires. It was very thought out, and is very intricate.

The only look in a person that has a mental disorder that i can think of is a flat affect which is seen in schizophrenia, etc. It is a look of no emotion, etc. He does not have a flat affect.

however this picture could have been taken before the disease developed, if he does in fact have this disease, which this is not known.

It's like their big climax holdiay supposedly. It goes on for a few days, but the dates vary on the calendar. I don't think Satan if you believe in him had anything to do with this.

Now if we hear he had a girlfriend who was an alien named Jelly like the guy that murdered all those poor people at Virginia Tech and he took photographs of just clouds maybe we have something.

So sad. Those that are debilitated with pain will suffer. If that ever happens to me again and I can't get relief, it's gun to the temple!

The family had a spokes person speak this morning and ask the media to give them and their neighbors privacy. Which I agree, they should leave them alone.

I am just beyond stunned he didn't kill himself. He must not have had time to get all that gear off to do it....he sure was covered head to toe! They need to rip down the "no guns allowed signs" on many places. Anyone who plans on doing harm will have one no matter what. We are armed everywhere we go....but not in places with the signs. Makes no sense because the sickos will come in armed no matter what.

(this guys had a lot of gear on, but at least someone shooting at him would distract him I would hope!)

And things like this make you want to arm anyway.

My son is LE and he is amed everywhere, sign or not.

He even sits on the front bench behind preacher at church armed.

This is the reason why we shouldn't.

You didnt have all this stuff in the Wild Wild West. Everyone knew every one was armed. Wouldn't have dared pulled something like this.

I'm trying to keep up with the thread, but as soon as I finish a page, two more are already up. I'm just too slow tonight. Re: music on a timer, my stereo has a similar function where it can be set to play one CD five times in a row and then cut off. I don't know why the manufacturer decided five was the magic number, but it's always five, no more, no less. Alternately, it can be set to repeat ALL CDs (and it holds 60), so theoretically my stereo could be playing for days. I have a white noise CD that I play at night to help me sleep, and when the timer's on, it plays approximately 6.5 hours (67 minutes of white noise x 5 repetitions). My stereo is over ten years old, so I'm guessing anything newer or digital would be a cinch to set on a timer.

Just when I think I'm hardened, that there's skin on my soul again, things like this happen. It could've been any of us, any of the people we love. God help the people struck by this tragedy.
