Wow. That's the most restrictive area - stands for Restrictive Status Housing Program. Those convicted of "Forbidden Three" acts (serious assaults on staff, serious inmate
on inmate assaults with a weapon and multiple inmates assaulting an inmate with serious injury) and anyone with a mental health score of 3 or higher are there - I think the more violent ones are kept in another area than the mental ones. All movement is in full restraints, property and privileges are limited and placements are reviewed every 30 days.

I am so happy to hear this. She deserve to stay in solitary for the rest of her lying, manipulative life.

Right now it's 1:45pm here in Phoenix, Arizona,it's 83 degrees in the shade and it's only April. I do believe it's going to be a very long summer and as always very HOT! I'm very happy to be able to have air conditioning. And the freedom to do what ever I want when ever I want. YAY!!!!!

She's been assigned to a unit....what does it mean?

Can I ask where you found this? When I went to the prison inmate site and put in her # all I saw was the date she entered prison and her stunning mugshot.

The latest justdatruth post has at least one glaring error: He states that all 24 jurors agreed that it was Murder1. In truth, the second jury was told from the start that they had to accept the conviction verdict of the first jury. But remember, the first jury was unanimous on that verdict.

Other than that, I think he makes some very good points:

Gunshot first or last? Doesn't make any difference. Still especially cruel.

Ineffective Assistance of Counsel? I think Jodi managed to make Nurmi hate her so much that he got the ultimate revenge. He called upon all of his experience and abilities to give her a better defense than she deserved. He left no stone unturned. I think that after she drove him up the wall for so many years, that was his ultimate FU to her. No appellate issues when it comes to ineffective assistance of counsel.

The weak link being her Mitigation Specialist? This one just makes me laugh, but if they can get an appeal on that, I would be even more amused.

She was over-charged? If that were the case, at least some jury members would have voted not-guilty. That claim won't wash.

New evidence? It's not a retrial. Appeals are not about new evidence (unless things were knowingly suppressed), they're about reversing a conviction or sentence due to some sort of error.

All-in-all, Jodi's going to be spinning her wheels for the next few years, all to futile results. I can't see how it would be possible that any appellate court judges would even entertain anything regarding her trial(s).

I sure hope the felon has smelled the ink or has heard the collating of paper at the PV Printshop. You know she cant wait to filch from the bindery.

Oh Okay, I saw it now: PV-LUMLEY RESTRV HSG

When you get that page pulled up, in blue it will say "FULL INMATE INFO".... directly below that, is #281129.... click on that, and it will give you all of the info.

After you enter her number and click go then click on her number when the info comes up and it gives you her full info. I hope that makes sense.

Right!

I just did that, and it did not show up.
So, how do you know she was moved?

I understand it takes at least 30 days for her to be moved.

When you go to the site, type in her number then click on her number underneath "inmate full info". As you read it you will come across "Last Movement" with the date she was last moved...04/20/2015.

Jodi is in Debbie Milke's old cell

iDebbie was placed in cell 265,n solitary confinement. Behind the blue door, the cell measured 86 square feet and contained a bed, a toilet, a sink and walls covered with graffiti. The steel door closed behind her with a clank, leaving her standing there in her cell, prisoner number 083533, dressed in jeans and a light blue T-shirt, holding a few documents and a toothbrush in her hands.

"I tried to breathe calmly to prevent myself from panicking. I kept telling myself: This place isn't your home, Debbie. You'll get out of here one day. This place isn't the end.
It smelled like cement and dust. The light was dim. The worst thing was the noise. My cell was above the wing where they kept the suicidal inmates. The women below me were constantly whimpering, all those years."

Whenever Debbie left her cell, either to take a shower or for yard exercise, she had to undress.

When I look at it says last movement 4/20/15. So does this mean that this is her new home PV-lumley RESTRV HSG?

Hi Fuskier, I agree with you. I do have doubts about him being conscious when throat slashed. Our Dr. told me if my husbands aorta burst he'd have 5 minutes at most before he bled out. Between the belly cut and stabs I don't think he'd be alive let alone conscious. Witch wanted it harder for the family. Dr. Garavaglia said if one is dead and receives a gash such as this they bleed out anyway, with a vein once dead it really doesn't bleed, small artery wont bleed either. She, (Witch) would kill again. I have no doubt.IMO.

I really wish I could convince myself that Travis was unconscious at the time his throat was slashed but I cant. The evidence shows he was alive as he tried to make his way down the hallway. There are smears on the wall where Travis is trying to use the wall to support himself, He was alive going down that hallway trying so hard to make it to freedom. IMO, but at the end of that hallway is when she pounced on him again when he had reached the carpeted area of his bedroom. I think he was trying to crawl away until then. Imo, she straddled him, pulled his head way back, and that is when she slit his throat and that is where the large pool of blood was. Once she cut his throat the open gaping wound would be bleeding profusely very quickly especially when his main arteries were severed. He was still bleeding out as she pulled him back down the hall to stuff him in the shower. It probably took his body another two minutes or so to bleed out after she slashed his throat open.

Imo, I do believe he was alive and conscious at the time when she slit his throat but too weak to do anything to stop her. Arias' main objective when she premeditated his murder was for him to know he was going to die and wanted him to know she was the one that was going to end his life. That is why she first used an up close and personal weapon to murder him. The long sharp deadly knife.

IMO

I don't think it will bother her at all to be undressed.

I suspect she will be like Susan Smith and will try to flirt with the guards to manipulate them into doing favors for her.

http://www.azcentral.com/story/behi...-trial-verdict-emotion-painful-sobs/70356254/

All the while, every day, the family of Travis Alexander sat in the front row, eight feet from me, taking in the minute details of how their family member was slaughtered in his home on June 4, 2008. When photographs of the last sexual tryst between Arias and Alexander, which occurred only a couple of hours before he was murdered, and autopsy photos of Alexander's horrific stab marks and gaping neck wound appeared on a large screen in the courtroom, I could see and hear the family's shock and pain as many cried quietly in the front row. I looked across at the person who was accused of this unimaginable act, Jodi Arias, sitting 20 feet away, and wondered how that person, how any person, could commit such a crime.

I believe he was still alive when she slashed his throat, but not sure if he was still conscious. That he was able to continue his escape efforts for as long as he did is amazing. That poor guy had a truly remarkable will to live. How sad that he was in the clutches of one with no capacity for even an ounce of compassion.
