I could be wrong, but I don't think Donna was the undercover agent. What does everyone else think?

When I was in high school - a million years ago! - there was an undercover agent in my small town who busted a lot of people. He never went to jail, he just disappeared from our town.

Yep, sure sounds like Tim Miller picked a real winner here with this one. As if I didn't already have enough questions about Tim Miller's role and why in the world he went the route he did with this whole Donna befriending Misty charade, I sure do now.

She has not been a member of TES since 10/30/09.

NOT! They don't arrest undercover agents.

Let's hold off any judgement toward T. Miller since he hasn't had anything to do with DB since 10/09 and he's not the one accused here.

If TM follows suit to what he's done in the past, we'll probably hear from him soon.

Kimster, I want so much to believe she was an undercover agent. But my instinct tells me other. To me Tim had his heart and best interest in the right place and did help this investigation tremendously regardless of how or what he did. Same goes for Cobra. I feel that if these two would of not taken that extra step non of this would of ever came to light.
Look how many times RC has been arrested in the past and got a slap on the wrist. I hope this time LE does the right thing. I do feel that Misty may crack, in looking at everyone's mug shot she is the one that looks the worst. I would like to know more what roll Hope plays in all this.
It Brings everything back to the beginning were as soon as the tip came in that Misty was not hope GGMS and TN jumped in and created the alibi of Misty being home. "IMO", I feel the Cummings know a lot more than what they are sharing with LE to protect Ron and that is why they stood by Misty. OK, I am done. Sorry for going off topic. LOL.

On January 20, 2010, investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, HIDTA Tri-County Drug Task Force, and the Office of the State Attorney, 7th Judicial Circuit, concluded a month-long undercover operation with the arrest of four (4) Satsuma residents and one (1) individual from Orlando for trafficking in controlled prescription medications.

Information was obtained that these individuals were unlawfully selling prescription medications in the community. Sheriff Hardy assigned detectives from the Drug/Vice Unit to the investigation. An undercover Putnam County Detective infiltrated this group, gaining the trust of these drug dealers.

Wasn't Hope Sykes arrested a little over a month ago?

Former TES volunteer Donna Brock is the woman who was utilized last summer by Texas EquuSearch Director Tim Miller to be a confidant/mother figure for Misty Croslin in hopes she could get Misty to talk more openly and honestly about the night then 5-year-old Haleigh was taken from the mobile home she lived in back in February of 2009.

From the article she posted:

Also, in another exclusive interview, Jacgue Hollander heard all the illegal wire tap tapes Brock made of Misty Croslin. Hollander will relay, in detail what she heard on those tapes and how she belives Brock knows where Haliegh Cummings is. Will Brock sing like a church brid now that the long arm of the law has caught up with her??

I don't think it was Donna either .... I saw one article stating it was a 4 month investigation and another stating only 1 month do we know which one is right ?

My bet is Tommy, or Nay Nay, or even perhaps that one gal that was with Misty when she was robbed, the one who came out and said they were buying drugs, long shot though...

Exactly, and they don't blast their names to the public, either. Meaning, they don't get booked and have their names posted on jailhouse websites.

I have to disagree there are times when your undercovers are arrested. If they are there when the bust goes down they are taken away just the same and booked. If you did not arrest them it would be obvious.
If it is someone say such as Tommy working for them he would be arrested if he was there as to not draw attention to him working for them, it all gets worked out.

Most informants work under a different name and change their looks to fit in and go down along with everyone else and yes just seem to disappear at some point.
I have a freind that works undercover when need be ...
this of course is jmo...

Ok...I'll get this on the right thread on the Caylee area...haven't checked to see if it's there yet....BUT....IMO...this is gonna be pretty big fodder for KC's defense in their search/request motions for ALL the records for TES searchers during the Caylee searches. I'm almost positive DB was involved in those searches, no???
Now the defense is probably scurrying around with the bizarre "O-Town Finest" letter about drugs and THIS arrest of a searcher linked to a drug sting.....

I think in this situation...IF there was a planted undercover agent amonst the bunch they would have to be arrested and a large bond set etc down to the wire. In order for it to work with the major players they all gotta sweat. That's my opinion.

With all respect.......they often do. When a member of LE or an individual is being used as a plant or decoy....they are often arrested in order to protect their true involvement with the case from being leaked and creating any further danger to them. I don't know this to be the case here at all, but with LE in my family, and a friend in the FBI.......I have heard this in discussions before.

I am sure if you google it, you will see it does in fact occur.

I think rather than look for documentation on undercover agents, that will only add to the speculation on what this woman was doing, I'll wait this one out and see how Donna squeeks out of this one......or not. IIRC, Tim disclosed that she had volunteered to become MC's confidante early on when trying to explain her debacle with the road rage incident. So there wasn't any fear of info being leaked and creating any further danger then.

Those kinds of actions don't bode well if you're trying to stay undercover so any actions on her part after TES let her go in October were actions she is solely responsible for.....IMO.

Donna sure does look a lot different NOW then she did when she was undercovermama....JMO

IMO, she is as into it as the rest of them...
