EJ's phone call to TPS 1/22

I think the problem is that LE wants evidence and that is what they are not getting in this case. Instead of charging EJ with murder I wish they would charge TPS with Gabriel's disappearance and see what kind of talking she would do.

EJ IS charged with Gabe's disappearance, and she's still not talking.

Anyway, she'll just get out in < 1 year like EJ even if she is charged, so who cares right?

Why should either of them talk? A year is short... why help find Gabe or tell the truth or admit anything, which could result in 20 yrs - life in prison?

It just seems to me that in any conversation with Elizabeth she would be demanding to know where that baby is. Tammi says she loved Gabriel, wanted to adopt Gabriel...so I just can't understand her not all but crawling through the phoneline screaming, yelling, and demanding that Elizabeth tell her where he is!

Yup! Here she spent DAYS contacting attorneys, friends, relatives, tried to get people to perjur themselves, committed forgery (class 4 felony), perjurred herself on an OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENT, contacted friends trying to find safe-haven, looked-up 'how to get false documents' ie social security, etc., plastered messages all over the internet, strong-armed a grieving daddy, lied to LE, lied to FBI?, lied to news reporters, ....................OMG! she even had the gall to leave a VOICE mail to a SITTING JUDGE!

Listen! TAMMI! After a jury or a judge, hears to what lengths you were willing to go to get Gabriel, do you really think they'll find you "didn't know what you were doing was NOT criminal?"

Hypothetical, because IF you answered 'yes,' you are dillusional.

Great thoughts momtective...IMO, Tammi's behavior has never been consistent with someone emotionally distraught b/c a child you believed you were going to become a Mother to soon had disappeared. I had a dream the other night that I was at a bounce house type place with my young son, and he disappeared out of my sight, and I literally woke up freaking out! People handle things differently, but I would expect some tears or breakdowns or emotional pleas, or something from TS...

But instead, all of her public appearances, MOO, have reeked of either "poor me", or anger, or vengeance. No sadness or heartbreak, and again IMO, feeble superficial attempts at saying she's going to find Gabriel.

Also, from the phone call, saying "not keeping your mouth shut" - why on earth would Tammi say that particular thing to EJ? It just screams "my name is Tammi, and I have something to hide."

That's the sort of thing I'd expect to hear. With lots of crying and sobbing and pain.

Instead we got an angry 'I'm gonna SUE YOU because YOU DIDN'T KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!!'

Just bizarre. How to account for that?

I've emailed her 3 times and haven't heard back from her...i'll give it one more shot though.

I just heard back from Yami, she said she's driving right now on her way back from Phoenix, said give her a half hour and she'd get back to me.:woohoo:

Hope your recovering from your trip to Phoenix. I've emailed a couple of times but haven't heard back from you so I figured I'd give it another shot. There are many of us on the forums that are curious about your first conversations with Tammii Smith, we'd like to know who initially mentioned the park, you or Tammi. We would also like to know who recorded the phone conversation between Tammi & Elizabeth, was it Tammi or LE or a 3rd party?
For the record, I believe Elizabeth is telling the truth, I also believe Tammi Smith is a dangerously mentally ill woman who was desperate for a baby. I've attached a Facebook posting of Tammi's which solidifies my opinion of Tammi. This post was made in March 2009.
I'm also very curious about the Au Pair (live-in-Nanny) that Tammi had, she mentions her in the post on L's(edited name) wall and also mentions her on her own Facebook wall...very contradictory posts from Tammi, I might add. I've attached the post from Tammi's wall as well so you can see for yourself how the two posts contradict one another.
I'd love to hear back from you and hopefully you can answer these questions and give a little feedback as to your own feeling regarding the case.

For not keeping your mouth shut??? She doesn't even say here "because you lied", it's because she destroyed their lives by not keeping her mouth shut. When you get angry about someone "not keeping their mouth shut" it's not because they lied, it's because they just let the cat out of the bag.

It reminds me back in the jail call with TS, EJ & the reporter. TS tells EJ she will be going down for this.

TS- elizabeth, I don't know anyone in san antonio, they already did the research and found out I don't know anyone in san antonio, there are no dots that connect to me.

TS is saying "ha ha" here. She seems to do that a lot with EJ.

One thing is for sure -- I'd never want to cross TS. She is an evil, evil person.

Whatever happened to them wanting her to talk so we could find Gabriel. I think she slipped on that comment...amongst others. The "it's slander" comment was probably another back peddle.

I contacted Yami and spoke to her regarding some questions we've had but since I couldn't post our conversation and what she said I emailed her to make sure I had everything correct and to make sure it was okay to post it in the forum. Here is my email to Yami and her response.

You know, what strikes me the most about the phone calls is the way TS whines in her denials.

It's like listening a 14 year old trying to convince you of a lie.

Do we know yet if we can obtain a full copy of the phone conversation? reason being, and I hope this doesn't take me o/t....in a NG interview on 2/1 this is where TS states in the same phone conversation with EJ that EJ described the couple in the parking lot.(now remember, TS doesn't know this is being taped,I don't think)... It's the same description of the couple in the park, or at least the male of the couple is...the transcript from NG didn't mention the female, IDT....it is also the day TS/JS found out there was a witness??? I'd like to see the video from NG to see their faces when they said that.....I guess I'm leaning towards the fact the couple could have been at least TS, since the desription of the male doesn't match JS...hope I haven't confused anyone...
