Well based on what BeanE just posted above, does this mean No Court tomorrow???

Well TS was moved to April as well, I can't locate the date, thought it was around the same time....maybe they can go as a COUPLE! Dag gumit! Wonder if she's still wanting to respresent herself???

Here's all I can find:

IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant shall be present at the next court date.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating oral argument on Defendant’s Motion for
Complex Case Designation set for March 9, 2010 and resetting same along with the determination of counsel for March 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Ryan.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office shall use any means necessary to transport the Defendant to court on March 17, 2010.

The Defense objects to the presence of media cameras in the courtroom.

The Court suggests that Defense counsel confer with Mr. Bodney, who he believes is the attorney of record for the entity submitting the camera requests.

The issue of exclusion of time will be addressed on March 17, 2010.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no time be excluded. LAST DAY REMAINS: June 24, 2010.

By agreement of the parties, Defendant’s Motion for Complex Case Designation cannot be ruled upon until the motion for determination of counsel is ruled on.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming prior custody orders.

Thanks BeanE! I've been searching and can't seem to find any info on the postponement

I'm confused......I thought I saw in another thread it was changed to April. BeanE, can you clarify...:waitasec:

I'm not sure, Danisisa. I haven't found anything about it being moved in the media or court docs. In the docs, as BeanE linked, the only doc filed in the last couple days was 3/15 -- to respond to cameras in court room motion

Thanks for the link Danisisa.

Forgive me, because I'm not real sure about all this legal stuff, but I see a date of 3/8 on that doc. The hearing she refused to go to was 3/9 - which is the one rescheduled for tomorrow. So I'm wondering if the hearing you linked to is a different one???

"The Court having reviewed Defendant’s Request for Extension of Time to Challenge the
Grand Jury Proceedings and good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED granting Defendant’s Request for Extension of Time to Challenge the
Grand Jury Proceedings to April 7, 2010."
This case is eFiling eligible: http://www.clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov/efiling/default.asp

Is this for another court date?

That's an extension of time for the defense to file a motion to challenge the grand jury proceedings. After they file that motion, the prosecution has a certain number of days to respond. A hearing will be scheduled to hear the motion. That will probably be a closed hearing since it's in regards to the grand jury.

Thanks BeanE for the clarification!!

Can't wait for tomorrow then!! Sorry to of wasted space.
