Thanks time! That's correct. It's the summons served to DR on October 9, 2013. I can only guess that only AS' name is listed (Estate of Rebecca Zahau vs Adam Shacknai) since his name is first on the list of defendants.

Hard to say for sure. Same ages just different middle names...... and that could be deliberate. The arrest was in Texas and this guy spent many years in Texas training etc. Hard to say. These are usually slippery people who work for just as slippery people. I noticed he has a San Diego link on the Linked In information and has added Family Law and Child Advocacy to his list. Would be a convenient live in boyfriend for DS. Truth is stranger than fiction.

I'm confused and have a couple questions for anyone kind enough to help me out.

Does this mean that the court has decided to hear the case despite Dina's new digs in Arizona?

Also, since Jonah gave this million dollar home to her in a revocable trust does that mean he could have foreseen this action and could take the home back if the court refuses the case?

I just asked the hubs and he says a revocable trust can be taken back at any time.

I believe DS was living in that Arizona house for quite some time. Seems to me the Arizona and Coronado homes in the trust were so that DS and her son MS could be near his father. I can see the Arizona home reverting to DS at some point as it could be part of the divorce settlement. I don't see this as trying to subvert the legal process.

I think what actual state DS lives in or uses as her permanent residential address will be determined by an income tax return. It would be difficult for the lawyers to know for sure the residence until the defendants are forced to provide this information.

Well Dina Romano did say she had to take steps to keep her and her loved ones safe. Not exactly her words, still the same point. Honestly, I thought she, along with JS and his teenagers, would be long gone by now!

Don't want to get too far off topic here, but it seems Jonah and Dina were both investigating each others love interests and such going back a ways - I think before Rebecca even came along. So I think Dina had a PI. I don't think this is someone hired by Jonah.

If you are correct, that would be quite interesting. First JS hires a PI to retrieve Rebecca's dog from the kennel (I always wondered if he thought the dog would be targeted upon exiting the kennel), then DS hires someone to protect her? If true, it's as if the domestic violence, or fear of violence, has only escalated since the relationship ended years ago.

Or are you suggesting DS fears JS because she suspects he was involved in RZ's death and/or fears he wants to prevent her from being deposed? This would surprise me as it would seem to be a 180 degree turn from how DS has reacted (at least publicly) to Rebecca's suspicious death thus far.

All of the above is just my opinion.
