I too am stunned that HHMP is going to allow the Anthonys in the courtroom. And he didn't stipulate that they must sit in the balcony or somewhere out of camera range, so it looks like they will be sitting in their usual spot behind the defense.

But HHMP did state firmly that anyone making facial expressions or expressions of agreement/disagreement would be ejected from the courtroom. Based on that.............I don't think GA and CA will last too long before being removed.

Unless there's a behind-the-scenes agreement between the DT and GA and CA that the Anthonys will be portrayed as abusive, I think the DT's opening statement will offend the Anthonys and they won't be able to hold back expressions of disagreement.

I'm giving Cindy and George 7 minutes into the trial before they are escorted out the door. Anyone willing to go less than that for a prediction?

Everyone has their own point of view and opinion of what they have seen happen (or not happen) in this case. I respect that you have your opinion/thoughts, even if it is different than mine.

I think this is the reason that Judge Perry ruled in favor of the Anthonys. He's familiar with their antics and knows that they won't last long.

Another thing that I noticed today was ICA's certain displeasure at HHJBP ruling on this motion! IMO she very clearly doesn't want them in there to see the actual true facts and absolute horror of what she did to their beautiful grandchild Caylee.

What you did not see was the fighting over who would get the money from the "tip" jar at the Caylee is Missing tent, the nasty telephone call CA made to TES because he was looking for Caylee's remains, complaints from women that GA was asking them for money for him personally, money that was received for pictures of their granddaughter so they could go on a cruise and pay their bills, etc. When you compare each of their appearances on these talk shows their statements differ from their depositions and clearly many of the facts of the case. So on the surface you are right. You can't ignore it. What really happened that is factual cannot be ignored either and that is what upset the majority of the people who have followed this case very closely. They are a succession of contradictions. They knew Caylee was dead long before the body was found. jmo

I really have a hard time with them being there (based on past behavior)...but won't it be "fun" watching them trying to restrain themselves? I think the State's request to be upstairs was fair...but the judge had no stipulations...other than behave yourself or you're outta here!

I personally think that the A's need to be there for the trial. They need to hear all the evidence. They need to be present to witness the barrage of evidence against ICA in it's entirety.

I'm hoping that reality will slap them in the face big time.

I also think that the jury needs to SEE the disgraceful antics, behavior, disregard for judges orders (IE faces, gum chewing, blurting). It's who they are. They make no exceptions for their behavior for anyone, and if they do act out during the trial, I think that the jury should see them being throw out. I'm fairly certain that they are incapable of NOT taking things personally, incapable of NOT reacting. That's something I would want a jury to see. Yes they are not the ones on trial for murder, but they are still to blame in all of this nonsense.

Maybe you didn't see them appearing on talk shows where they were reimbursed for their appearance, touring their house with CBS to show them their shrine to Caylee and cashing in $20K for photos and video of Caylee while doing so..
Maybe you didn't notice them at the Ritz-Waldorf in Orlando eating and staying the weekend courtesy of network TV ? That costs some serious money. I can't afford to stay there.
Those are the amounts we know about. I have no doubt there is much more.
It runs in the family, we know ICA sold her photos and videos for over $200K.

These actions are so reprehensible to me it's hard to even imagine someone doing that, let alone an anxious parent or grandparent.
Can you think of any grandparent searching for their missing grandchild who has SOLD photos of that child to a network?

I think the problem, RR 99 redluftballoons avatar fellow WS friend, is that I think with a typical brain, capable of compassion, humility, the desire for justice and truth, love, logical thinking, and reasoning. This is probably why I am incapable of seeing things from the A's perspective.

You are entirely correct tho. They smelled that car. THEY SMELLED DECOMP in the car that was in the soul possession of their daughter who could not account for the whereabouts of her daughter.


How can you be in that much denial? To stand next to that car, smell that smell, and know full well that Caylee was MISSING....???? They've seen enough and smelled enough to know the truth I'm sure. I just want them to sit through every stinking gory atrocious detail and suffer through it. I want them to hear allllll of the evidence and hope it haunts them every time they lay down to sleep at night. They can try to explain it all away to the world, but guilt eats at a person. They know the truth. For me, it's just adding insult to injury. Just rubbing salt in the wound.

If it doesn't shake them up enough for them to admit the truth, I can at least hope it helps eat at them for eternity.
