I have looked at ALL of the pictures posted (I think anyway) and have yet to see ANY garbage can...or even a space for one. I do realize that angles and people can block things, but has anyone spotted the supposed garbage cans in the "before" pictures?

Only the picture that was going around the news last night of the "bag" sitting right next to one, they the explosion coming right from same area.

Have they stepped back from the garbage can theory anyway? I mean, if the backpack is still in the condition it is, would it be if it were blown up in a container...would think it would have blown into bits with friction (or whatever word fits in this example)

Cause I swear, I have studied the pictures pretty well looking for Krystle in the photos too...and don't see her except in the large crowd one.

All of the photos on the 4chan imagr site don't show her or the lady in the purple sweatshirt...or any of the other people we know were victims. Lady in red sweatshirt with white sleeves that was seen sitting down shell shocked, etc.

I think the issue here might be that the situation was so fluid, people moving as loved ones crossed the line. But the photos taken out the window by the person who posted about his/her ordeal, I didn't see any of those people either.

We KNOW they are there...why can't I see them?

This thread is moving fast

Krystle and her friend are visible in this pic. They are right in front of the woman in the pink vest. Both of them are on the ground. Krystle has her arm up, like she is trying to pull herself to a stand.

I will wait for an arrest for judgment. What is your %? Giving it 95% although 'daughter' begs to differ as she says: "Mum you taught me to never judge." I do. But really? We shall see. Doubt LV is taking bets on this. Not cause they wouldn't.. just too lopsided. Told lil one that we have had bombings by our own. But not like this. Right outta the poor man's Al Queda handbook.

For supplemental garbage collection at events like this, Boston often uses cardboard receptacles, or most often metal frames with the big black garbage bags suspended from them. They don't take up very much space and are quite inconspicuous. They would likely be next to the crowd-control railings and hard to distinguish from the railings, or else in back next to the building and probably not visible through the crowd.

I don't know for a fact that's what was being used yesterday, though.

Honestly, I would run like hell, too. My first thought (as it was when I heard there was an explosion) was "gas leak" so I would have just jammed out of there as fast as I could if I still had two working legs, because I would expect more at any second.

Thank you. Maybe that is what they were talking about on t.v. and I didn't see it.

So the green thing is a mail box, right?

I'm sorry, I'm not looking at the photos. Just can't. Is it a green thing on a post? If so, it's a pay station for the parking meters.

Watch the footage and let me know what you think afterwards. I thought the same until I watched it.
No one else is reacting in the same way. He is literally sprinting and hoping over wounded bodies.
It's just odd.
Doesn't mean he is a suspect but I would question him.

Don't worry about it. It is mail box shaped just painted green like the out of use ones here that are there for nothing anymore. Don't worry about it at all, and thanks so much.
