IIRC, LE has stated that TH was cooperating until she hired an attorney.

I think LE and DY/KH have different definitions of "cooperating."

This PC was more telling to me. Is it possible, just remotely possible, Teri is clamming up because she knows something on someone that is involved, that they ALL possibly know. And a possible threat to Teri in regards to baby girl if she opened her mouth. Just a thought...JMO

And perhaps that is why Kaine said he refused to discuss anything about his baby daughter for her safety. How could saying she is doing okay or fine affect her safety?

Kyrons mother has been in his life forever, she raised him too, and shes not the one failing lie tests and sexting, please lets not cheapen Desirees role in her sons life. She isnt given the benefit of the doubt because she WANTED TO KILL KAINE, say the cops- Shes lying, her car is out by water that day, there are tons of reasons to doubt her.

I wonder if there is some sort of personal vendetta by TH against DY. First she took her husband now she took her son (if she did). I wonder what is really behind all of this??

But Desiree and Kaine know TH better than the police, wouldn't you agree? They would know if she was acting strangely.

And it's clear they got bad vibrations from her over the disappearance of Kyron. Don't you think they would be more disturbed that TH won't cooperate with them - the other family members - no matter how TH feels about the police?

It's disturbing that a small child disappeared and someone they always thought loved that child started acting distant, indifferent and vague about it. And TH wasn't cooperating with the rest of family to find Kyron - that's the real story here, it seems to me.

This is something I have considered although I hadn't really entertained the thought it was someone they all knew. I was thinking that TH met someone online and that person took Kyron and threated to take Baby K if TH talked.

Okay, it wasn't a lot, but we did get some info out of this.


Science fair/truck thing is big. They thought the kids were going to do their review of the projects Friday morning, so Terri was going to go and watch.

My guess is that when she showed up and realized she had missed it (it was Thursday) she decided to leave and pick up the project later. She thought she needed the truck to take the project home after, but probably didn't want to stay an extra hour or so with the baby.


Also, KH and DY are not acting on the advice of LE when they make these statements. The way DY said "Unfortunately we do it on our own" made it sound like they aren't getting a lot of advice from LE on what to say and wish there was more. Maybe even that they make a statement and then get a hand slap for saying something wrong.


Terri never referred to as a suspect by LE to them. No evidence that they know of about where Kyron is, a possible motive, or who else might be involved.

A lot of speculation.

I zeroed in on the clarification of the use of the truck too. I agree that this is a big clue.

I also think the appeal to friends of TH's who have received anything electronically - email, text messages, anything, - to come forward was a clue too. They seem to feel that TH may have said something to someone that's a key to solving Kyron's disappearance. They emphasized that people are afraid to come forward.

LE has never stated that TH is a suspect or even a POI. Not hearing the word suspect from LE pretty much states LE has not indicated to anyone TH is a suspect or POI. Once LE says the word, it will be splattered all over the place.

IIRC, at one Press Conference LE indicated no one was cleared with regards to this case.

I disagree, Patty. Someone close to the investigation can easily deduce who may be a suspect just by the course the investigation is taking, evidence they see, or conversations with LE.

Once LE says the word "suspect," what will be splattered all over the place is "(Whoever) Arrested in Kyron Horman Disappearance." I say that because, increasingly, it seems LE does not name their suspect/POI most times until they actually arrest them.

It wouldn't be the first time something like that happened, but it makes my blood run cold just thinking about it!

We do know that she was into sexting guys she barely knew... and I don't think a cybersex relationship is hard to imagine. Or many cybersex relationships. Pedophiles troll dating sites to look for lonely, easily fooled women. And they seek out the ones with kids. I wonder just how chatty TH was, if this in fact happened ? How freely did she discuss her step son ?

And if she was drinking at that time, her perceptions and instincts would have been dulled by her alcohol consumption.....

Perhaps LE behind closed doors has pictures up on their wall with Suspect, POI, Cleared, Not Cleared. However, they have not come forward stating it publically. Some police forces put out the person is a suspect or POI and some police forces do not until they make an arrest.

Based on the inside sources that leak out info from within the closed doors of LE, my gut tells me someone will get the info out before LE can open the closed door.

ITA. Something has changed. This is second press conference where from what's written, she looks more like someone told her he's dead than someone who believes he is alive, or maybe LE told her the investigation is focusing more on Kyron being dead than him being alive. I really wish we had some clue what the heck is going on...

I think DY is probably being more realistic than KH at this point. She's married to a detective, and no doubt he's gently prepared her and is preparing her for a realistic outcome. He knows the odds, and rather than to build up unrealistic hope, he's preparing her for the worst.

wow... those people who are afraid to come forward or don't want to get involved really need to do a gut check and than do the freaking right thing!

On the other hand nurse - once someone comes forward, they are raked over the coals in a cruel and vicious manner. If single moms were conversing with Terri via the internet, they risk putting themselves AND their child in danger. What mom can afford to do that? Every aspect, right down to their E-Bay purchases are investigated by on-line sleuthers...If I had electronic contact with Terri, my main request in coming forward would be that I remain anonymous - under ALL circumstances. Few can afford a criminal defense attorney to help thru the media and internet attacks. moo

We have to remember that WS is a one-of-a-kind site, victim friendly, heavy on rumor control, and strong in the belief that innocent people should be left out of the equation. We are spoiled by the high ethical standards here at WS and forget other sites and blogs can be hateful and destructive. all my opinion
