I have been looking at this Burke guy for about 8 years now. Get the information in dribs and drabs.

the article said that the loeb family is not pressing charges against burke, nor sueing him.

here is the wpix piece on the case....
totally questioning the
a) special prosecutor for loeb
b) the $500,000 bond for loeb
c) why burke went to loeb's home and was IN THE HOME

protocol was broken here and many questions are surrounding burke's handling of the case
and also questioning what was actually in the duffle bag.

Spota fought tooth and nail NOT to give the Tankleff Case over to a SP. When he did he made sure he had all his ducks in a row.

He is so freaking dumb that when the SIC sent me a letter 'exonerating' Spota of the serious charges I made against him the morons at SIC ( Paterson sent them packing) sent the same letter, or my letter addressed to me to Spota. That jackazz posted it on his website.

I told the SIC Spota just gave them up in the yet to be completed Tankleff Case.

BTW, I think the FBI got confused and went to the wrong Burke's house to dig for fortune. Look what Loeb found and he didn't need to bring a shovel with him.

Loeb is scheduled to appear July 9 before Suffolk County Judge Martin Efman on 29 counts related to breaking into more than a dozen cars in St. James.

A Suffolk County grand jury indicted Loeb in December on counts that include fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth- and fifth-degree possession of stolen property, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He has been held at Suffolk County Jail on $500,000 bond.

The 1/2 million dollar bail should tell you must of what you need to know. They are terrorizing this guy into silence. You did hear the mother say the kid fears for his life. He has good reason to believe that.

Where the hell is the FBI in all of this. The child *advertiser censored* angle has been out there for a long time. Do you really think a newspaper, even a scandal sheet would follow this case as PIX and Newsday did if they weren't satisfied there was something to look at.

Ask him to produce his passport to put the rumor down he visits Thailand on a regular basis. OK, maybe he likes the food.

See if you can get a hold of his personnel folder and see if he was ever charged with kidnapping and burglary in connection with a prostitute.

How about the gal that is supposed to be his baby mama. If the one I know of is the same one they say it is then you should check out her arrest and conviction record.

Why did they let the cops in the house? The story reported the probation was there before JB. Probation doesn't need a warrant to enter your home. They can pretty much knock down the door if they think you are inside and they want you.

There is talk that Loeb violated his probation. The authorities seemed to be in the process of trying to do that. Loeb was in court for a violation on 10/16. He had several appearances after that. The last appearance was on 12/7. So he was in court and he could have been grabbed up anything they felt like it. The judge had not yet decided if he was worthy of being violated. So why was probation at his home on that particular day? Ans: Because they don't need a warrant or a reason. Once they are in the house a cop could be passing by and who is going to stop him? Just another nail in his perverted coffin if someone really wants to investigate this case. JB probably set it up that way. It would have worked but he is so arrogant and stupid he had to kick the crap out of the guy.

When Burke was made Chief of Department I got a call from a prominent newsman. He said when he read it he thought of me and how angry I must be. I told that I was actually very pleased. It was no surprise because I knew this was planned many years before by Burke and Spota. When I read where Levy withdrew and Bellone would be a shoo-in, and that it came at the hands of Spota and Burke, I knew right there and then Burke was destined to greater and better things.

I told this fellow that I was very happy he got the top spot. He would now be standing at the 'top of the hill' where everyone could see him and be able to take pot shots at him. I figured his enemies who remained silent and terrified would go after him. from what I have gathered over the past few months makes me believe I was on the money.
