Blue cotton = ubiquitous in clothing today
Black cotton. :waitasec: "DBC Entertainment" t-shirts

What does it mean in the reports when certain fibers referred to are prefaced by the letters: MTFVTC?
*snipped*Thanks Bond. I would've loved it even more if you'd bumped that about 2 days ago.
Interestingly, in the thread you bumped up Valhall's post #40 mentions (Q248) Napkins from trash bag in Casey's trunk had blue cotton, red cotton and black cotton "as contaminating fibers". These napkins also had the early grave wax or adipocere like substance on them. She does not give a link or page number. I assume it is from the 1405 pg doc. I have been skimming over the pages to locate a page #. It appears the blue, red and black fibers are similar to the ones found on the duct tapes.

I believe another poster mentioned the slacks that Cindy washed as a source to consider for the black wool (i.e. summer/fine wool).
Not finding any "Zinc" brand pants w/ wool via quick Google search. Do find some sold @ Target, FWIW.
Well there is little doubt in my mind that a black sheep was involved in this crime, I think black wool can come from many sources. I think if the roll had been sitting on a wool sweater or some towels with wool in them or anything with black wool in it that was sitting underneath or on top of the roll at some point, would show up on the sides of the tape. This could be from someone wearing a black sweater and holding the roll against their chest while manuevering something else with their hands. The black wool on q66 would have to match the black wool on the q tape from the scene to even consider looking at it. Furthermore, I would expect to find fibers near Caylee that matched fibers from the home, afterall, she did live there. IMO
Does anyone know what the (l) and (d) symbols mean? I think it is an L instead of a 1.
Harmony, I had the same exact thoughts last night. However, I was too tired to look up the info on JT and the beanie baby. Thank you for the effort!:blowkiss:I find the discussion about stuffed animals interesting in light of the fact that JT stated that when CA and Caylee visited his tech store he gave Caylee a beanie baby. IIRC it was a Tazmanian devil. :waitasec: Looking over AZlawyer's list of fibers on the duct tape I was struck with the how the colors possibly coordinated with the following Tazmanian devil beanie baby I found online. Note the red heart.

In one of the early docs a stuffed animal was found by a neighbor down the street from the Anthony home and turned in. Does anyone recall what that stuffed animal was?

Although according to JT, he gave the toy to Caylee on June 9th, according to him Caylee really liked it. Perhaps it stayed in the Pontiac and Cindy never saw it?
Do we know the answer to the question Harmony posed about the Anthony neighbor finding a stuffed animal? i.e. what kind of stuffed animal was it?
Or, do we know what happened to the beanie baby JT supposedly gave Caylee? Has it ever surfaced?
And, please help refresh my memory: How do we know it was a "Tazmanian Devil?" (That's what I thought, too -- I just don't know how I "know" that. I mean, was that in JT's statement, or what?)

Well, for what it's worth, it seems like the "l's" are identified as to the thread type (cotton, wool, poly) and the "d's" are not identified as to thread type. No, I've been trying to figure that out along with the other MTFVTC. I think they are some sort of identifiers, but not totally sure.
I AM SURE that is is an (l) and not a 1, though.
