I've seen several posts saying that Trayvon put his hoodie up to hide his face from GZ. Where is that coming from? Has GZ actually said that he thinks that is why Trayvon put his hoodie up?

You would have to google that. This article is relative to my original post to make a point. Many seem to feel Trayvon's tragedy was treated differently than others in the same situation, for whatever reason, because Zimmerman wasn't arrested.

I've already posted two cases that I have found where an arrest was made, the person was charged, and sent before a Judge?

These are the only two cases I have found that happened outside of a home or business so far. I'm still looking. I don't think there is anywhere close to 50 cases that are close to the circumstances with these cases?

That is the problem with double hearsay, someone gets it all wrong like the author of that article I was quoting did with his quote marks.

In this case the reporter is reporting what the girlfriend said Trayvon said, so it is the girlfriend being quoted. This was three weeks after the fact, so she may not have wanted to give a direct quote from Trayvon, just recalling as best she could?

The entire phone call, as relayed by the girlfriend, combined with Trayvon's behavior, as relayed in the 911 call, makes me think Trayvon may appeared suspicious, even if he was just scared. I think Zimmerman was scared. Explosive situation in the making. IMO

I just do not understand when GZ had LE on the phone and he says there is a suspicious guy, why didn't he ask TM if he lived there. LE was right on the phone. It would have cleared matters up right then and there. GZ is admitting at that very moment that he felt TM was suspicious yet he waited until he hung up with the dispatcher to pursue TM until he found him. That's the part I don't get. jmo

I think it's pretty clear. GZ says TM took off running toward the back entrance, so it's not like TM was hanging around for GZ to ask him what he was doing there.

He was running to the back entrance because that is where the house that he was staying in was located. It was just a few houses away from the back entrance. He was trying desperately to get home where he could be safe.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get reports and info under the sunshine laws? I did follow some cases in FL but my brain has been severely damaged from the Anthony case and I can not remember.Do we have to wait till after the Grand Jury? for a release of things like autopsy?

It's been so long since videos/statements were released in Casey's case, but I remember Misty Croslin's visitations and phone calls being released like a day or two after I believe? It was fast is all I know?

I think an important part of this "running to the back entrance" as it is transcribed from the 911 calls is that first GZ says "he is coming towards me," then GZ contradicts himself and says "he is running towards the back entrance."

Obviously - Tray can't be doing both. Is he heading towards GZ or running towards the back entrance (his home and safety)?

Greyston Garcia charged with murder, a Judge, not LE, dismissed the case as SYG, her final decision (or whatever Judges write), hasn't been written yet. Trevor Dooley is charged with manslaughter, his defense is SYG.

I don't see a correlation at all.

Since there were no arrests, you may be taking on a daunting task.

Might be good to look for MSM instead of blogs.
