From Polk County Registry of Business Taxes, two businesses were formed under the name Abraham Shakespeare. One Abraham Shakespeare ID# 113929 and the other A & J Lawn Service ID# 116481. Someone filed A & J Lawn Service as out-of-business on 6/29/09.

Good work! Do you have the names of the notary? I haven't opened the documents yet, but I'm suspicious of any document notarized by Michael McClanahan and a Nathan (in my growing library of notes). Another key is the length of time between date of document and date filed with Polk County. Those look backdated with forged names.

group 1:linda kickliter
notice how on pg 2 of all docs in group 1, kickliter prints name with last name in upper case. in third doc its scribbled cursive



btw, wait till you open them. sometimes he signs...

also i think its in group 1, the sigs slant one way
group 2 the opposite

correct, that are backdated or something. the docs they reference, so the first ones, are from 2007, filed 2009.

And I agree about the signatures.. several of them look different.. and I don't mean the.."I was in a hurry" kind of different.. I mean the "shape of the letters, distinctive curls, slant of the letters...." kind of different.. Like someone may have practiced, but it's still just not quite right.. but close enough that if someone didn't actually compare them all side by side you'd never notice..

I'm not a forensic handwriting analyst, but, for the most part, the signatures look close enough to me. Especially the last names. The angles look different on the first name, but spacing, loops, stops and starts all look relevant.

One major problem, is I have not been able to find a pre-Moore Shakespeare signed document.
 
I've never studied the handwriting; I've been more interested in the witnesses who are certifying to the fact that Abraham signed the document. Jodi McClanahan is often one of the witnesses; many times along with her husband Michael who is notarizing the documents.

You'll notice after you insert link, the text that is highlighted on your screen can be changed to whatever you want the link to read.

For example:

I'm not doubting the mother of his 8 yr old son, I am just wondering if it's been mentioned whether or not Abraham text messaged frequently and/or if it seemed strange to text and say "get a passport ready for my son" when he could have easily called (wouldn't the phone records verify the call or text was placed anyway?) And why would it be expected for Antoinette to send the son anywhere, especially places where he'd need a passport- as a mother, she'd have to wonder if she'd ever see her son again?

I am of the opinion that this text was done by someone other than Abraham. I could be totally wrong, but it seems really silly IMO that he would text a message as important as "get a passport".

Also, I am not sure how many children Abraham has, but the son mentioned in the article, would be the rightful heir to Abraham's 'estate', wouldn't he? (If there weren't all these 'documents' that gave everything to other parties?)
