Thanks for everyone's ideas and help!

It is not that I want to try and speak to someone in Haiti. I was trying to find an old friend of mine who is Haitian, and VERY connected to the Haitian community. I am hoping that she will be able to help get the word out to the Haitian community (especially as one time LE thought he might be in Miami).

Adji's beautiful little face needs to keep getting out there. That's the only way he'll be brought home.

I see some have contacted national news sites, but maybe we also need to contact the local ones? What are the local news places? Are you in the same media market as Tampa?

Also, I wonder if it would make send to contact some organizations that serve farmworkers and others that work with the Haitian population to help his family get the news out about this. Offhand, I can think of at least 3 Haitian orgs. in Miami, but there's probably many more. Also, there is a Haitian radio station in Miami and some Haitian publications.

Let me think on it and see if I can find an old friend who is a doctor from Haiti.

The news market is Naples/ Fort Myers. They do know about Adji, they just aren't doing a lot about it. The problem is Imokolee isn't really close to Miami so organizations that serve them don't serve Imokolee.

This is the organization I was thinking of http://www.ciw-online.org/. I am sure they know about the situation but I am unsure what they have done.

Also, Catholic Charities probably has a Haitian outreach in the area.

I have just emailed Oprah in the hope that she will get Adjis gorgeous face out to the public.
The more emails they recieve the more notice they will take. If you would like to contact the show you can do so here....

ETA: Here are some additional media contacts. If you have the time, please send them an email so they see that there is public interest and that every child deserves a chance to be found.

Thank you for posting these links and addresses. I have just finished contacting each of them and will ask DH and DDs to do the same.

Keeping little Adji very close in my heart and prayers.

Part of what's wrong with this world is the fact that we let pedophiles live, give them "rights" and let them out of jail.

I'm not saying this child was abducted by a pedo, I don't know, but a lot less would be victimized if we just put the batards who prey on children to sleep once and for all.

I'm an eye for an eye kind of kid--those that prey on children should lose the parts they use to commit the crime! INCLUDING hands and noses, etc.

So glad to see two more pages for Adji. Can someone please tell me how to put little Adji's picture up with my sig? At least then when I post, his pic will be there to remind everyone. Thank you for any help, I do appreciate it.

Thanks will check them out and contact them to see what, if anything, they can do. I brought up Miami, cuz it was reported at one time that LE thought Adji may be in Miami. It was in the Herald, but the link is no longer working (it's in this thread somewhere), and I read it myself on their site that day.

I'm not ready to have this leave the first page yet.

Maybe, just maybe, there will be good news tomorrow.

Thanks for bumping. I was thinking about this little boy today.

Stopping by for Adji. Praying for him today as always. And thank you Daisy7 for the help. Kindness is a wonderful thing. :)

I am not in town, so anyone who has access to local news I hope you will post it. Please don't think "Oh, they have seen that" cause most of us haven't.

I hope our media efforts bear some fruit and the story gets some coverage today.

I'm leaving soon for a business trip in St. Pete, which I think is the same media market. I'll be watching the local news and will keep everyone updated if I (hopefully!) see anything.

I'll also try to to find out what all the local stations/newspapers are so we can contact them.

Absolutely correct Gracenote. Please post ANY info you see on local TV.

This is so heartbreaking.... This baby needs some coverage too.

It may well just be wishful thinking, but I feel like Adji is still alive. I have absolutely no psychic powers or prophetic dreams to report or tea leaves to read *LOL* nothin'. Maybe it's just the situation feels different than some of the others. But, he needs to be found soon. As we have said, he is very vulnerable.

You are wonderful, thank you. And have fun in St. Petes while you are there.
