Oh no. Does this really mean what we all think it does? I think I'm going to have to give up WS. Can't bear seeing any more of the awfulness of humans.
Hollywood Police Chief Frank Fernandez said Friday morning in a press conference that the body of Ahizya Osceola was found deceased.
Our exhaustive search has ended and did not end as expected, said Chief Fernandez.
Fernandez said the boys body was found after an exhaustive search of the house in an obscure section not readily visible to the average person.
hiding and possible accident? or hidden?
hm so they said they'd stopped the ground search several hours before they found him.
“The child did not place himself in that position.”
Fernandez said it was too early to identify any trauma to the child. If there is any, Fernandez said, “it's hidden from the eye.”
Ahizya's grandfather, Kenneth Tommie said Thursday that the relationship between his daughter and Ahizya's father, Nelson, has been strained and that getting custody of Ahizya has been a “battle.” He said the Department of Children and Families was involved with the family.
"To me something doesn't look right," he said.
He described the boy as playful, happy and outgoing.
"He's just a fun kid," he said.
