He's changed his plea to ''no contest''. Sentencing hearing will begin March 10 and may last as long as two weeks.

sentencing is being live streamed, some of his family testified today including his brother, as did some of his teenage friends including some of the friends who attended the party at his home where his parents were lying dead in there bedroom after he had beaten them to death with a claw hammer,

state is requesting life, defence is arguing for a lesser sentence on the grounds that they assert he was mentally ill, was an habitual drug user and this impaired his judgement pre, during and post the murders, and that some of his prescribed medication also factor into why he murdered his parents due to the side effects they say he suffered from them,
