You should assume anyone being gratified by this kind of material is capable of acting out these fantasies. We're not talking about pin-up models or Playboys here...These are little children. Anyone who is a decent parent realizes that other children are somebody's child and need to be protected even if they aren't your own.

Do not put stock in info the police has released. At first they said she wasn't abused, then she was. Now they're saying DNA of unknown perp...may not be true, may not be the whole story.

As far as I know, no one has been cleared in this case, so don't waste your time doing it here with no real information.

And I did read most of the close to 1000 pages on the HT.

WHY should I PM? It's on topic and in response to multiple posters who want to acquit the father based on snippets in the media.

Just a thread alert to those of you posting on this thread. another topic/thread is embedded in the middle from post 55 to 154ish. Just ignore and continue about "Coral Rose Posts" not the lady that died at King/Drew Medical.

How do we go about getting a forum set up for Coral Rose? I truly believe this case needs some attention.
 
Thanks RR for the original thread. I'm just getting into this case so I have alot of reading to get through to see what's what. I hope we can get a forum going. There has got to be justice for this beautiful little child.

When I get a chance, I'm going to read through everything but can I ask you a few questions first.

1.) What was the physical evidence found on her body and at the crime scene?

2.) They said the DNA found does not match a family member? Was semen found?

Like I said, I'm new to this case and my emotional first gut feeling is to go after the father. :furious: Given his choice of hobbies being child *advertiser censored* :furious: and if indeed it was child rape that was found on his computer, then that is TOO BIG of a coincidence to pass up. :furious:

RR, what do you think happened and who do you think did it?
 
I'm just supplying the local reports and try to pass on commenting for various reasons. This may be able to change for me down th eline, but sorry for now!

I just mosied over to the herald trib site. The new forum about the reward was shut down. They deleted some of the posts from the beginning of last night, but I was able to determine from some of the posts that Diane who is morality slueth, back from the dead as ruffedges, called a couple of the regular posters s l uts. Then Ellen started attacking one of the regulars, who gave a donation. That poster checked and the check wasn't cleared so she threatened to cancel the check. I'm not so sure that I would have gone to that extreme, but can kind of see her point. Who does Mrs Fullwood think she is? She really showed her butt last night, and I am quite embarassed for her. I don't think she really wants any clues called in. Her behavior is quite telling, and it has made me re-think about donating to the reward fund. I think I will wait until she is released as a suspect before I give, and I think that would be smart for anyone else who is thinking about donating money.

And I guess I should add, seeing there are one or two people who still believe in her, before they post off in here... If you are reading this post, you should have jumped on Diane for her out of line outbursts. That woman is teetering on the edge of sanity, it is quite obvious, but there is no excuse for the language she used. I'm shocked not one of her friends including Mrs. Fullwood, stood up to her.

What reward fund are people donating to and was it set up by LE or a private individual? I hope it's on the up and up, but I still wouldn't donate to something like that even if it was. I don't blame you for being upset over someone calling other posters *advertiser censored*. Even if they were, I don't see how that has a thing to do with the murder of a little girl by some .

Slain girl's dad, awaiting trial in separate case, wants images tossed


NORTH PORT -- Dale Fullwood's public defender wants a judge to throw out key evidence in his client's child *advertiser censored* case because he says police illegally searched and seized the computer that contained the illicit images.

Two video images, which authorities say depict a young girl being sexually assaulted, should not be allowed in trial because police never had enough evidence to obtain a search warrant for the computer, Assistant Public Defender Adam Tebrugge wrote in a motion filed in circuit court. He also argues in the motion that the warrant police obtained only authorized them to take the computers that Fullwood's slain daughter had access to and not all of the family's computers.

A judge will rule on the motion to suppress at a hearing scheduled for July 11.

"I'm not here to criticize the police department or say they didn't know what they were doing," Tebrugge told the Herald-Tribune. "But as soon as I saw the warrant and the (arrest) affidavit, these problems were readily apparent to me."

North Port police Lt. Kevin Sullivan, head of criminal investigations, said there is no merit to Tebrugge's claims.

"Everything will be found to be in order," he said.
