It doesn't make any difference who shot DM, SG or LR. Both of them are equally as guilty and death penalty eligible. If SG was smart he would follow his "brothers" lead and try to get around it. It didn't make any difference if he pointed the finger at him or not...He's toast either way if his Lawyer doesn't arrange a deal for him sooner rather than later.
Let's here the phone calls from poor innocent KM and her supposed boyfriend CA which will corroborate and begin tying up all the loose ends and give LR even more credibility. Can't put the genie back in the bottle TK.

7/18 ~2 hours after LR and SG arriving back in Miami, KM departs her residence and goes to LR’s residence while attempting to contact SG by phone. While all 3 together in same area, KM has phone contact with CA.

7/19/2014 SATURDAY 9:44 am KM attempts to contact SG. Cellular location data is consistent with her leaving CA’s residence in Ft. Lauderdale to the Miami area at this time.

Her attorneys contend there is evidence that is admissible in Magbanua's case, that is not admissible against Garcia and is "overly prejudicial to him." According to the motion, that includes Garcia's previous criminal history and statements he made to fellow jail inmates that "tend to implicate Ms. Magbanua."

Garcia is facing the death penalty in this case. Magbanua is not.

Magbanua's attorneys argue in the motion that "subjecting her to trial with a death-qualified jury" would violate her due process rights.

They claim it would unfairly exclude African-Americans from the jury. "Research has consistently shown that African-Americans are more likely to oppose the death penalty than white persons," Magbanua's attorneys argued in the motion, citing a series of studies.
